I ordered three tops and some jeans from Litlookz Studio, and they arrived pretty fast. The tops were great, but I accidentally ordered the wrong size for the jeans. I reached out to customer support, and they helped me arrange an exchange for the correct size, which arrived a few days ago and fit perfectly. They even let me keep the original pair to give away. Overall, the clothes are nice and unique, and the staff was helpful.

I've shopped at Litlookz Studio twice now, and both times have been amazing! During my second purcashe, one of the items was unfortunately out of stock, but when I contacted their support team, they immediately issued a refund. The customer service was super polite and quick to respond. I love the unique aesthetic pieces they offer, espercially their Y2K and dark acedemia styles I'll definitely be shopping here again soon.

I got a mini skirt and a crop top 2 weeks ago. It turned out they really have a good quality. I'm not a fan of online shopping but it seems I can trust this one. Thanks.

Horrible stay away ! I have not received a response since trying to contact them to help me with a return . No other way to return items unless you reach out first which they do not answer . I also tried calling the phone number listed which seems to be fake because it just rings with
No answer .

Incredible customer service team at Lit Lookz Studio! Both Ava and Sophia were fantastic in assisting me with a return parcel that hadn't been processed within the exected 15-day time frame. Their response time was imressive, and they were both incredibly helpful.
I've always had great experiences with returns at Lit Lookz Studio, as I purcashe nearly all of my clothing from them. This experience hasn't deterred me from shopping here ; in fact, it reassures me that if any issues arise in the future ( which I doubt will happen), the team will be ready to assist right away :)

I had a fantastic experience with customer service at Lit Lookz Studio, thanks to Sophia. Recently, I had a few issues with my orders not arriving on time and was extremely frustrated. I decided to contact their support team and Sophia responded promptly. She handled everything with suck care and efficiency , resolving the issue byexpediting a new shipment. I can't thank Sophia enough for her dedication and understanding. Her efforts turned a stressful situation into a possitive one. Lit Lookz Stuido truly has some of the best customer service out there

I really appreciated the help from Sophia! She was very nice and very cooperative. Feels like talking with a friend ^^. The clothes aren’t made with a very good quality but they’re wearable and affordable from my country.

I Had an execeptional experience with Litlookz studio Studio's customer service, thanks to Sophia. I was really anxious because I had worn a jacket few times, and it developed a tear just after the return period had ended. Sophia was incerdibly understanding and helped me find a solution quickly. I'm so grateful for her assistance.

Order came later than expected from China. When item arrived it reeked badly of chlorine, the tags were cut out so there were no washing instructions and the ribbon was damaged. I tried contacting them twice for help with no response.
Ended up washing the item which didn’t get rid of the smell and only damaged the ribbon more. Ended up having to soak it in vinegar and baking soda for over an hour and then wash it again to remove this horrid stench.
My daughter used her savings to buy this crappy skort and is so disappointed. Definitely overpriced for what we received.
I also tried putting my review on their site but it hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, so I’m suspicious that they are hiding negative reviews.

Update June 5 - my review is still not appearing on their site. I’m certain they are just not showing any review lower than 4 stars. Shady and misleading business practice.

I encountered a problem with my address on my order. The automatic response was spot-on, followed by a personalized reply addressing my specific issue. I truly appreciate the speed and understanding they demonstrated to resolve the problem. The customer service was exceptional, well beyond 5 stars. Thank you!

Got my mini skirt from Litlookz Studio like 6 days after ordering, which is pretty quick tbh -with free shipping-. The skirt’s cute, gives off those coquette vibes I wanted. Quality’s decent for the price, and the fit’s good, didn’t need to exchange or anything. Shopping on the site was okay, found what I needed without too much hassle. It’s a nice spot for finding different styles, might check it out again. Solid 5 stars for the hassle-free experience and the skirt that’s exactly as advertised.

Unfortunately, the shipping company mixed up the address and sent my order to a different location.

I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They were quick to respond and promptly sent a replacement.
