LISF LTD ARE LIERS
I wrote a review 2 or 3 weeks ago about this company. I ordered Barstools on 6th August for £400 they have promised several times delivery which I've waited in as apparently it's an all day time slot
After putting up mu review I finnaly received an email back from them which is rare as they ignore you for weeks at a time.
They said my final barstool was now in stock & I would definitely have my order the following Tuesday.
Last Tuesday I sat in all day waiting on this order again with no luck, & no further communication.
Please do not use this company unless it's money you can afford to loose.
Unfortunately I can't afford to loose it & I have an appointment with trading Standards in the morning.
I'm just praying they'll do one decent thing & refund my money.
Also if you contact them by phone the same answer message for 6weeks now says they've had to close for an emergency & they will re-open the next day.
Please don't be fooled anyone

I purchased a sofa set from LISF and they delivered an incomplete order which they admitted to. Unfortunately I have not been able to get them through phone and email. I went to their company address in Birmingham it was all empty. As a matter of fact, their company website is not working, nobody to contact. I feel like I have been scammed. They didn’t reach out to me since August 18,2025 which was the last time I heard from them concerning my order.

I usually do my due diligence when dealing with companies but on this occasion I failed to do so. I have had previous conversations with the company via their website and had no case for concern as their response was always quick and friendly. However, after making a purchase last month I read the reviews on trustpilot and my confidence started to disappear. I went onto their website and mentioned my concerns about the negative reviews and again, in a friendly and timely manner they responded and reassured me that my order was secure.
Then when visited their site again for an update on my purchase, the website was down. I emailed and got a response to say it would be back up the following day. This went on for a week. I called the office and the answer phone message reflected closed for maintenance. This has gone of for a few weeks and not the emails are bouncing back and. After visiting their site again government website it appears at the company has had a lot of issues. I feel that this company is not gone and will not be coming back, not under LISF anyway. I am in the process in trying to get the deposit I made, my small mercy is that I decided to go down the finance route so hopefully I will get my money back.
Lack of customer service, no response to repeated attempts to make contact, late delivery
I have been putting off writing this review as wanted to give the customer services team a chance to respond but despite best endeavours this week I am no further forward.
I ordered my sofa on 25th May and it was originally due to arrived by the end of July.
When it didn’t arrived by end of July and having not received any update to advise of a delay I contacted lisf customer services on 29th July to ask for an update.
On the 30th July I received a reply which said there was a delay in arriving to UK port and my new ETA would be 2nd or 4th August and I would receive an update as soon as it arrived
Having still received no update I attempted to contact again from the 5th August onwards - using email , the online form , instagram and even web chat on the website. I also tried calling but it says the number is now temporarily unavailable. I received no response to my multiple emails and other attempts to contact
Then last night I received a response on the web chat to advise my order has arrived in the UK and awaiting to clear customs. The advisor I spoke with advised me to contact the customer service team via email who would be able to advise better on when I could expect delivery. After advising I had tried that numerous times and received no response at all I asked if the advisor could arrange for someone to contact me directly today to discuss - I was assured this would happen
Needless to say I received no call , no response to my emails and no further feedback from web chat
I am no further forward on getting an update on delivery and despite promises of an update none has been forthcoming coming
Avoid this company - customer service is terrible and with no way to make contact with them I am wishing I had read the reviews prior to ordering
If I do not receive an update by Monday then I will look to claim a full refund

Ordered 2 identical sofas. Recieved one original, one display replica model which was not even the same size. Long story short because I am utterly horrified by the service:
Worst communication ever and will only ever contact you when it suits them to respond.
They took weeks and weeks to attempt to replace the part of the order/goods that were not what I paid for and still failed to replace the sofa and blamed it on delivery team communication- yawn.
Then refused to contact me at all for 2 months approx until I added a Google review.
Then responded to my formal reques for a refund by saying they didn't have a chance to replace it .... lol they did back in April .. anyway this was now June...
Guess what - no replacement attempt.
No contact again.
No response at all to my emails, no effort to refund me. No contact at all.
I felt I had no choice but to dispute the order and take official action to recieve a refund and goods return via my bank seeing as they would communicate with me whilst the company would not.
Now all of a sudden they've contacted me to say this:

We are writing in regard to the recent chargeback you initiated with your bank.
To avoid further legal action, we are prepared to resolve this matter by collecting the sofas from your property and closing the case. Please confirm your availability for collection next week, so we can arrange a suitable time with our logistics team.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure this matter is resolved promptly.***
To which my response is:
***I am in absolute shock and horror that you are asking me for a day to come and collect your goods and expect me to be prompt in giving you your goods back when you have not once in your response mentioned my REFUND. When you take goods back you REFUND your customer. Which you clearly do not respect or understand. No company reserves the right to collect goods without a written confirmation and proof of a refund being processed. You would be collecting your goods and still have my MONEY in your possession. What part of refund and return do you refuse to accept or acknowledge? If you try to enter my home for your goods without proving my refund is processed, I will call the authorities. We as consumers reserve the right to return and recieve refunds. Not return and then have zero contact all over again from the company and be left with nothing. Is this something you can acknowledge and understand?
I will wait to find out when you are refunding me for the goods you are now wanting to collect.*
You can make your own judgement on this awful service and please protect your money and use it where it is respected.
I cannot trust this company until they refund me and collect their goods so I never ever have to deal with them again.

A Flimsy, Frustrating Disappointment
I had such high hopes for the LISF LTD dining set, but it has been a complete letdown. The moment we took it out of the box, the "premium" construction felt cheap and lightweight. The tabletop is shockingly thin and the legs are wobbly—no amount of tightening the included hardware has made it feel structurally solid. We're afraid to put anything heavier than a plate on it.
The chairs are just as bad. They look nice but offer zero lower back support and are incredibly uncomfortable after sitting for more than ten minutes. The so-called "high-end finish" on the table is already showing hairline scratches after only a few weeks of careful use.
While it did arrive on time, "easy to put together" is a stretch. The instructions were confusing and we were left with several mysterious extra screws. For the price we paid, I expected real quality, not a rickety, uncomfortable set that already looks worn out. I regret this purchase completely. Save your money.
FRAUDULET COMPANY, VERY POOR PRODUCT QUALITY, and FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION
I'd put off writing a review about this company, LISF, for some time now, because I wanted to give them the opportunity to rectify their mistakes, unfortunately they have further disappointed and presented themselves to be absolutely FRAUDULENT.
I purchased a set of 3+2+1 sydney sofa from LISF back in September 2024. They told numerous lies about delivery date, blamed customs regarding clearance, but eventually they delivered just before Christmas with a poor quality, FEEBLE rusty legs, and missing cushions (they had sent cushions that weren't as advertised) and they even had the audacity to propose/ attempt ordering some from B&Q as replacement after I had informed them about this issue. I couldn't sit on the single sofa for months as the legs bent each time a sitting is attempted. After numerous calls and emails, they eventually sent replacement legs for all 3+2+1, which were still of poor quality.
The 3+2 seaters became squeaky in the process of all of this, I informed them about this and they agreed that their delivery partners will examine the sofas when the legs are being delivered. The only gesture of good will, was a foot stool. In March, the stool was delivered, and the legs of the 3+2 seaters delivered were MISALIGNED and CROOKED (their delivery men/partners even took pictures as a proof) and they examined the squeak and realised that indeed the sofas were squeaky. They felt the sofa would require some support but they agreed to inform LISF about this- which I want to believe that they did. The squeaks from these sofas doesn't in any way attest to the quality of timber they use for their sofas- especially the Sydney sofa set.
They had also promised a £100 compensation but LISF has FAILED to make the payout to the financial company I pay with (I have spoken to the finance company myself and they said LISF haven't completed any action regarding this despite the finance company making contacts with them). It has been months >3 months now. I reached out to LISF again, at this point they stopped picking calls and replying emails.
They have LIED about their policies on quality and solutions they can provide. They said on their website that collection/ prompt solutions can be made should customers experience issues with the quality of their products WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PURCHASE. They have placed these LIES on their website in order TO MAKE SALES. However, when it comes to fulfilling their end of their promise,as per their own policy, they disappoint and drag their feet about rectifying things.
My experiences has been emotionally distressing and I feel I've been FINANCIALLY EXPLOITED by this company. I have continued to make monthly payments for an absolutely APPALLING SERVICE and QUALITY. They clearly don't have the fear of God in them as they have continued to show they couldn't care any less.
PLEASE AVOID LISF AT ALL COST, even its the cheapest site to find sofas. SAFE YOURSELF FROM THE TURMOIL you will experience FROM THE PURCHASE TO DELIVERY AND EVEN GROSS DISSATISFACTION.
P.s. LISF, I'm still waiting for my sofas to be fixed or collected as per your policies.

Lied about product dimensions
Lied about product dimensions. Took them 6 weeks to collect the items. Now they say they have processed refunds weeks ago but they of course never arrived. Will pursue them now via American Express and Barclaycard as I have written to them over 50 times and tried to call over 100 times. Always closed "for re stocking" or simply never reply. Pretty tired and exhausted. This is not a professional outfit, so don't try to find out! Be well aware.
Absolute disgrace.
Absolute disgrace.. I ordered sofas mid January and still yet to receive them. I've been chasing them for updates and told the same thing over again. Stuck at customs.
They say they'll update me or contact me but never do. I was supposed to finally get a delivery date today, guess what? Nothing.
It's all becoming exhausting. They also said they'd give me compensation, but yet again, nothing.

If I can give zero stars I will surely give this company, they are worst and most terrible company I have ever seen. I bought a sofa last year September but this sofa didn't arrive till December ending and after the sofa was finally delivered it wasn't what I ordered poorly made different from what was posted on the website and expensive.
I ordered a return it took them over one month before the sofa was retrieved and another 3weeks to assess if the sofa is in good condition before my refund would be processed, It has been another month now I haven't got my refund. Be careful of this company and think twice before you purchase their goods they are impractical all the 5stars on the review I believe they are fake and arranged the worst part is they wouldn't pick up their calls and emails will never be attended to, my kind advice Safe yourself from the stress of buying from LISF
AVOID THIS COMPANY
We first wrote to Lisf Ltd. via email on 29th December 2024 informing them that we have rejected the sofa we purchased from them. Within that email we included details regarding the numerous faults of the damaged sofa and sent them images and a video clip to illustrate these. The Sofa was not fit for purpose, badly made, and of poor quality, totally sub-standard.
We did not receive confirmation that our rejection email had been received by them until Friday 10th January 2025 (and only after we reached out to them numerous times).
We then received an email from them on Wednesday 15th January 2025 in which they informed us that because we had not reported our rejection within 48 hours as per their policy, that this made our rejection “particularly challenging to pursue compensation from our supplier or to investigate transit related damages”.
We reminded them that we, as consumers are not bound by any agreements or policies they may have with their supplier, or their delivery agents regarding our purchase of the sofa and we have the right to reject the sofa within a 14 day ‘cooling of period’ in accordance with distance selling regulations Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
No instructions regarding how to return the sofa were forthcoming to us from LISF Ltd. at this stage.
Following on, on the 16th January 2025 we received a detailed email from them which advised us of a list of their terms appertaining to a “Conditional Resolution” regarding our rejection of the sofa. In which they insinuated that the sofa was purchased by us from them as a “bespoke item” This assertion was refuted by us vigorously, we purchased the Sofa from their website and it was not described as being a ‘bespoke item’.
We asked them via email on the 16th January 2025 as to what exactly our costs would be regarding this ‘conditional resolution’. After numerous unanswered telephone calls and left voice messages to their office along with an email sent to Lisf Ltd. claims department on Friday 24th January we finally received a detailed explanation of their costs to execute a conditional return to resolve the matter. They wanted to charge us £270.00 to return the sofa, a £60.00 ‘Admin Fee’ £50.00 for ‘wrapping’ and £150.00 for courier services.
In an email sent by us to Lisf ltd. On Friday 24th January 2025 we explained in detail why as the consumer we find their charges to action this rejection unreasonable. For the sake of resolving the matter, we made an offer to meet half of their proposed return charges, £150.00, and explained why we, from a consumer's point of view, had made the offer. As of close of business on 29th January 2025 we had received no reply to our offer.
We told Lisf ltd. that UK business to consumer distance selling Regulations are clear. If a customer decides that the goods aren't what they want, then the customer has from the moment they order the goods until 14 days after they receive them to notify you, known as the cooling off period. And the customer can return them for any reason.
Due to the shambolic wait times regarding email acknowledgement and intransigent practices of this company trying to avoid our rights as consumers we were very close to taking Lisf Ltd. to the county court and quite frankly, I would have relished the opportunity to see them in small claims had they not agreed to accept the return on the faulty sofa.
But wait there’s more. When we purchased the sofa we paid Lisf Ltd. part card and part cash. The cash amount of £700.00 was handed to the two Lisf Ltd. drivers who delivered the sofa on 21st December 2024. The refund was actioned on 28th February 2023 that’s 2 months and 15 days later.
Then, we realised our refund was £100.00 short of what it should have been, and when we explained this to Lisf Ltd. We were told via email that ‘both drivers confirm that they were given only £600.00 when they delivered the sofa’. I have written numerous emails to Lisf Ltd. contesting the amount that was handed over to their drivers but have not received any reply as yet.
Suffice to say that if 1 person reads this review and steers clear of these people then I will have done my duty as a consumer.

I sent two follow-up emails, neither of which was acknowledged. When I called to check on the status, I was informed that there was a bank payment issue and was assured someone would get back to me that same evening. It’s now been four days, and I still haven’t received any response.

Worst customer service ever. Bought sofa in June 2024. Which came and they forget to bring cushions. They said they will post next day delivery which never happen.
