Needs 0 stars. My boss ordered and wanted to return for a larger size. No return instructions, no reply to emails or voice messages. They will only talk to you if you are sending money. after your paid, your ghosted.

I ordered a top which was not as described. It was a fake GANT they sent me .Absolute rubbish which was not sent to me from within the UK .Avoid at all costs .Conmen at work is what they are .

I had to put one star just to move forward it’s definitely doesn’t get one it gets minus one.
I ordered a what looked like a beautiful two piece outfit. What came was, well I have worn work scrubs that have been of better quality. They won’t except returns for a full refund. They have sent 15% which equates to £5.90 I paid £39.00 for the product. I just wish i would have seen these reviews first. But you tend only to read the reviews on the site itself. Never again.

It’s a total scam I’m so annoyed I fell for it! Bought from a Facebook ad and it looked lovely in the photo. The dress took weeks and weeks to arrive, packaging was the most budget basic it could be (cheap plastic bag), the quality is the lowest it could possibly be, it’s not the colour I ordered, it looks so awful on (cheap, cheap, cheap, no shape). You can’t return, no response at all from the company as soon as I asked for returns info. Don’t fall for it!!

I was scammed by this company who seem to affiliated to Shein clothing as all the same dresses and images on there also.
I wrote an email before I purchased asked them if I got a couple of sizes and they didn’t fit that they would refund and they said they would. When I tried to return two weeks later they said they are closing down and wouldn’t accept a return. Absolutely disgraceful.

SCAM! Set up to look like a UK website. Clothes from China which are awful quality and sizing and then when you try and initiate a return (no details on the website) they don’t respond. Stay away at all costs.

SCAM!!! Awful quality clothes from China. Totally misrepresented on the site. Reviews on their website are false. I’ve managed to get a CHARGEBACK through my bank which took time and effort but at least I got my money back, and means this scam company don’t get a penny from me.

SCAM!! I would give NO stars if I could. I STILL have not received my dress after 2 months and have received no response despite sending various emails. (The fact they have no phone number speaks volumes). Shall be reporting to trading standards and contacting my bank for a refund.

SCAM thankfully I was able to do a charge back from my card company, so they didn’t win. DO NOT USE

No dresses received after a month of ordering. Asked for a refund and no response at all. Do not use this company no customer service at all!

Not even deserves a one star. Late delivery to wrong address and the item was poorly made.
Stated that the case of late delivery was for personal reasons due to close of business. What an absolute con..

Do not buy from this website, its a complete scam. Ordered on the 21st July its now the 13th August. I got the initial confirmation email but nothing since. Tried emailing but no response. Don't risk it

SCAM site!!!
This is not a uk website. False advertising. I ordered a dress that was advertised as uk next day delivery. The dress finally arrived a month later….from china and is such poor quality. Please avoid!!

Before I ordered a dress I checked the reviews on the actual website. I now know that these were false reviews. I ordered a dress and was promised that it would be dispatched the next day by Royal Mail. The dress was ordered on 19 July and my order has not yet been dispatched. I queried with the seller and received a lovely email saying she was sorry and the dress would be sent shortly. The dress has still not arrived. My emails are now being ignored. This is most definitely a SCAM . I’m not sure how they are allowed to still be on business. Please do not buy from this website.

I ordered a dress 17th July, 23rd July I sent an email asking where my order was. I did receive a very nice email about how things were very busy with closure. It is now 5th August and I have not received my dress. I sent a further email 2nd August asking yet again about delivery time or full refund, and have received no reply. I have now sent a further email stating that I am being left with no choice but to start a section 75. Stupidly I did not read the correct reviews.

Extremely overpriced poor quality clothes.
These aren't boutique quality clothing, they are cheap polyester dresses from China. Gutted I've missed the 14 days return policy as now stuck with 2 dresses that aren't worth more than a tenner. I feel robbed
