Even 1 Star is too much. LIC seem to have disappeared off Earth. ZERO links take you to an active page. Therefore NO support or information available.

The company disappeared, the website leads you to an interior design company???
Try it yourself. No body can answer you if you need service for your camera mask as happened with me. Even the e mail isn't working.
Any body knows how to contact the costumer service of the company??

I had a question about ordering a mask. The customer service not only answered the question logically, but added considerations when purchaseing a mask. It helped me greatly. I did not order at that paticular item, becuase of her adice it was better for me to order a different product.
I was so pleased.

I bought these goggles to record my quad races and catch my mistakes. I love the perspective you get from the camera being at eye level. Much better than any helmet mounted cam in my opinion. Also really like that the tear offs cover the lens so I don't have to constantly worry about wiping the mud from it during a race. Overall a great product!

A great product at an excellent price. Images and videos are of high quality and the camera operation is straightforward. Additionally these are real good goggles with a camera located that takes images from a 'point of view' perspective

Our family use our LIC often since we love to go out on the quads and dirt bikes often. This camera works great and would recommend to everyone. My kids really like the wi-fi. Thank you guys for making a great camera.

I received my order fast. Set up was easy with simple instructions. The mask was comfortable and fit my face well. Unfortunately. The strap loosened up quite frequently during my 1st & 2nd dive. I will be replacing the strap before I use it again.

I am still kind of upset that the usb and video calls are proprietary. As a customer I should have the option the buy elsewhere if need be. For instance if I'm in a hurry and left my stuff at home and am on a trip, I'd like to be able to stop at my local computer store or best buy and be able to buy the cords I need for my Impact 365.

Also 11 dollars shipping on a 45 dollar order is kind of steep if you ask me. Not to mention it shows up in a USB flat rate box that I'm almost certain did not cost you guys 11 dollars to send.

Last but not least I paid 14.99 for a BRANDED charging block. Yes, in the picture it shows this block to have LIC' logo printed on it, however, when I received it.. It was blank. Sorry but I am that particular customer that paid for that branding, and the picture was a misrepresentation.
