Through Tik Tok marketing and the example image on the website I was expecting 9 items all to the value of £100. Instead I received 6 of which two were small. Upon researching their usual value the total cost did not reach £100. I feel it is false marketing suggesting that its 9 items with at least one "luxurious" item included. I know the company will say that that's how it works and that the selection is randomised and different each time but the deviation between 9 and 6 items is pretty significant. Be mindful.

Easy website to order product, good comms regarding delivery, and allowed me to order an additional product and refunded my 2nd postage, even though it was me that decided to add an additional product. I would 100% recommend.

I’ve ordered 2 mystery beauty boxes from this company now and been really happy with both. I’ll be ordering more in the future.

So far I've had 3 boxes, 1st was a surprise beauty box, really good value, most products were suitable for me. But for the few that weren't I could afford to give away to family and friends.Its a bit like giving yourself and others a Xmas present throughout the year. Next 2 orders were for birthdays. Again great value. Last box had water damage, I contacted them straight away with photo evidence and within days I had a replacement box.

Delighted with my box. Good quality items and plenty of them. The couple of items I won't use can be gifted.

I’ve made several purchases from this company. Been happy with everything I’ve bought including mystery boxes. Everything has been in great condition, packed well, shipped quickly and all at reasonable prices. Very happy customer who will be buying more items in future.

Ordered a mystery box meant to be £100 worth of goods inside for £29.99. you wouldn’t give £20, it’s all tat, plastic table cover, a note book, a blown tiny head pillow for a hot tub, a blow up pillow for the floor , a pack of labels for things in the kitchen, I.e. sugar, flower etc. don’t waste your money ..

I bought a general mystery box and health and fitness.
There is no doubt that a lot of items are put in each box. The usefulness (to me) however is questionable. For example our mystery box has in it a Nickelodeon tv amplifier that can’t be used outside the US. It will basically go in the bin which in turn will go into landfill. There was a really nice candle but pretty much everything else was of varying usefulness (there was a single spoon and we desperately need spoons).
The redeeming part was a £50 mrp patio set cover which would be really handy if we didn’t already have that covered.
The items are so random I can’t even imagine I can regift them. I have decreed to leave the box in the spare room for the year to see if anything comes in handy.
For training and weightlifting buffs the health and fitness is again useful to a degree but I will be listing a lot of items on gumtree as I have them already.
It’s pot luck and I probably won’t do it again but can see how excited people get about that first box!

I bought the Ameliorate Transforming bundle at a knockdown price compared to the website I have bought it from in the past and only because it seems they have changed their packaging. I was impressed with other products on the site too and check back frequently to see if there is anything I am interested in. Would definitely order from here again.

I bought from the company and I was very impressed with the great range of cosmetics, I had bought 2 boxes I for my daughter and I for me and she was highly delighted with the contents.
All in all they were value for money and worth the price I paid for them

I've had two orders from Liquidation.Store now and they've both been exceptionally good value for money. I love beauty bargains and so far I've been able to grab stuff from brands that are familiar to me and also brands I've never heard of before. I'm always eager to try new things, so their bargain boxes have been a great way for me to try products I may not have ordinarily picked for myself, all at a knockdown price. I would definitely recommend!

Received my second household mystery box. Much of the same items as before apart from a set of four bowls, two of which were unfortunately broken 😞 looking forward to receiving my mystery mystery box in a few days

My first order was a household mystery box. I loved it there was a good mixture of items and lots of them. Yes not all of it was useful to me (but enough was that I more than got my monies worth) and I gave a few bits away fo friends and also donated a bunch of stuff to the charity shop. The packaging was good and delivery was very quick. I have since made several other orders and have been very pleased with all purchases.

When I was asked about my first order. I replied honestly. It was total cr*p. I ordered a mystery beauty box. There is only about three things that were of any use. One of the products had obviously been opened. The rest is going to landfill which is what they are supposed to be trying to stop. They have no customer relations skills. Totally arrogant.

Reply to The Liquidation Store - Yes I was unhappy with the horrendous colours of the make up and I stated that I was also unhappy about the choices of the products. It was as if it was the last of the produts available and they were just shoved into a box. No thought given to it.

I ordered a household mystery box and was mostly satisfied with what was in it however, the set of three felt storage bags was only one! I don’t know who uses 9 watt light bulbs? I have just ordered another box to see if it’s anything like the man packing a box in the advert. We shall see!!!

Used the Liquidation Store (LS) twice now and been impressed both times. I searched for an item from a business I’d used before to find that they’d sadly liquidated. The plus for me that their liquidated stock was being sold for a fraction of the price by LS! Great prices. Fabulous communication. Speedy delivery. I’ll be back!
