Gucci Bag - order direct from Gucci for the service
Terrible.
Placed the order online, order accepted and things going well..
On the day I was supposed to receive delivery a mail stating there has been an error and the bag I ordered was out of stock. However they have exactly the same bag on their website for over £100 more that was coincidentally in stock!
Re-ordered direct from Gucci and saved £50 of the original price.
Thanks for saving me money!

Svar från Linvelles London
Hi Richard,
We are sorry you feel this way.
The product you ordered was out of stock due to a technical error which we have now fixed. The second product you requested was the same model yet different shade in which was originally priced higher than the product you ordered.
Please note that as a marketplace, our prices are highly influenced by our boutique partners who are selling the products.
If there is anything we can do to fix your experience at Linvelles please contact our customer service team at customerservice@Linvelles.com
Hope you understand,
Linvelles Customer Service
