I hadn’t realised my order was coming directly from the manufacturer, however I was delighted! The shipping was prompt and communication kept me informed during the whole process. So important! I am so delighted with the softness of the balsam green rustico linen, that I can’t wait to sew it up into a cosy autumn dress! I love the weight of the black linen and also can’t wait to sew it up into a Merchant and Mills Shepherd skirt and Miller vest. A lovely surprise with my order was the gift of a linen bag. Thank you so much!

Beautiful linen tea towels!! The fabric is excellent quality and the colours are gorgeous. The delivery was very fast and I really love them. If they hold up, will be buying more as so far very impressed!

Thanks to Justina we got to order bedsheets made to measure for our duvets and pillows (which didn't fit in the standard sizing options). The delivery was relatively quick and our items were carefully packaged. The sheets came in a little drawsting bag and we got a linen totebag in our order as well.
Not a big fan of the plastic packaging around the sheets.

I have ordered many items from LinenMe from table linens to scarves and shawls. The items always arrive quickly and come packaged in a linen bag which is a lovely extra touch. The scarves are gorgeous - soft to the touch so comfortable to wear, a perfect length, and the colours are lovely. Customer service is friendly and excellent. I will continue to purchase from this company.

I purchased a linen set and linen sheet from this company in February 2022. After trying my best to make it work, I had to throw these away, such a massive waste. The material is nice to the touch, but a total lint magnet..the first time I washed I had to wash 3 more times before I gave up and realised this is just what it is. Never had that issue with any other fabric. All the buttons came off the doona cover within months of buying. The doona cover doesn’t hold shape, the blanket is always slipping around in there. The fitted sheet is way too big for a Queen size and also doesn’t hold shape. Overall they were decreasing the quality of my sleep. I replaced them with my old linens and my sleep quality has increased. I tried my best to make this linen work, but the material is awful. The craftsmanship is awful, and the reviews on their website are fake. One of the most regretful purchases I’ve ever made as it was exceedingly expensive for what it is. Don’t buy from this company.

I love the Linen you sent me and the price is unbelievably good. The weight, structure and colour is lovely and the fact that you offer pre-washed absolutely fantastic!

I ordered a beautiful table cloth, napkins and dish towels from LinenMe. I read everything online so knew they were based in Lithuania and sending to me in Scotland was going to be via UPS and there would be no extra charges. The emails were great and the delivery from UPS was very quick. The whole turn around about 10 days. Better service than what I get in the UK! Beautifully packed in a lovely linen bag with draw string. We are delighted as our Christmas table will look lovely.

Linenme carries beautiful products. I have ordered from them several times and have always been more than pleased. There was a shipping issue (not Linenme's fault) with my last order, and I was surprised and gratified that Linenme did everything they could to help, including following up several times. I didn't ask them to, and there wasn't really anything they could do from their end, but I appreciated the effort.
A+ customer service! And when the tablecloth and napkins arrived, they were EXACTLY the color on the website, which is often not the case with other linens I've ordered elsewhere. YAY.

My cushion cover took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait beautifully made and good quality linen very happy with it

DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS COMPANY. They infer that they are UK based but in fact ship from Lithuania. I’ve just paid import taxes to the tune of £78 for duvet cover and pillow cases. NONE OF THIS MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE!! Customer service number is always answer message saying not available. STAY WELL CLEAR.

UPDATE 11th NOV - After investigation LinenMe have now reimbursed me for the import duties paid to UPS .Apparently UPS should not have charged me. I still think the website should make it clear that goods are sent from Lithuania and Linen Me are not a UK based company . However , full credit for acting on my complaint and resolving this . Thanks I have now amended my star rating as a consequence.

Very unhappy with the practice of this company. Essentially I ordered two linen towels which I then had to return.

Was told it would cost £8.99 to return to Lithuania. This was not flagged when ordering. I assumed that as the company was registered in the UK I would be returning the items to the UK, and was certainly not told that the cost for returning would be higher than the original delivery charge. This is just bad practice. Avoid.

ich liebe Eure Leinenhandtücher, es gibt keine anderen mehr seit ich vor fünf Jahren das erste Set Wafer in eisblau bestellt habe, mit den kleinen Gesichtshandtüchern. Inzwischen habe ich alle auch in rosa und creme. Die Qualität ist einmalig. Sie trocknen sehr schnell und nehmen weniger Platz in Anspruch. Im Bad sehen sie im Stapel wunderschön und edel aus, natürlich und vor allem auch, wenn sie hängen.
Gerade habe ich noch zwei Sets als Hochzeitsgeschenk gekauft.
Ich bin total begeistert. Habe schon oft bestellt. Alles wurde schnell und liebevoll verpackt geliefert.

The Provençal linen is a lovely heavyweight linen perfect for the valance I plan to make to go along with the old rose linen duvet cover I made which I also got from Linenme . Great service and quick delivery , highly recommended.

Avoid! Proporting to be a UK company with a UK base but any returns have to be sent back to a lithuanian address via post (you incur postage costs and risk duties) or pay £8.99 for a UPS label. Very slow response to emails and looks like there's a slim chance (based on other reviews) that my £140+ order will be refunded if it does make it back

Every year, from late spring on, I'm on the hunt for 100%-linen clothes, since both extra-fresh and not dramatically expensive.
I've recently stumbled upon LinenMe on the Web, and this one has been my second order comprising a set of blouses and pants.
Must say I'm very well impressed with the service. The material is high-quality and perfectly shaped. The delivery (to Italy) reasonably quick and trouble-free.
I'm currently waiting for my third order, and eager to test household textiles as well.
Recommended.
