Shady Business Practice!
This company has shady business practices. I purchased Life Time Deal (LTD)Tier 5 plan a year or so ago through App Sumo, and created a small number of websites. Under this plan, I am allowed to create 150 websites. Although the platform did not performed as I expected, I decided to keep it. I was able to published the websites to a custom domain, using both CNAME 'WWW' and A Record for '@'. Some time later, I created another website and attempted to published using both CNAME and A Record. I was informed that I could only publish using CNAME and if I wanted to do both A Record, I would need to upgrade to the PAID Elite Plan. Very deceitful.
Fast Forward to a few weeks ago. After not using the platform for quite a while, I decided to use it to create a new website. After logging in, I was automatically taken to a New Interface, that I did not Opt into. I was in a hurry and did not want to learn the New Interface, so I clicked on the button to Switch me back to the Legacy Interface. I used the Legacy Interface, created and published the website, without any issues. Two weeks later, I decided to use the Lindo.AI platform again. After logging in, it Again, automatically takes me to the New Interface. I decided to use the New Interface. I created two websites, but when I attempted to publish/activate the websites, it, prompted me to Upgrade to a Paid Elite Plan, in order to Activate the websites. I was totally confused, since I had Tier 5 plan, which allows for 150 websites, and I had only published 9-10 websites at this point. I sent an email to Support, but No Response. After 4 days later, I sent another follow-up to Support, and still No Response. During this time, I am being bombarded with their marketing and promotional emails about upgrading to their new products. So I responded to one of their Marketing emails, and requested support for my support ticket. After a couple of back and forth email exchanges, I was eventually told that because I used the New Interface to create the new websites, I had to Upgrade to the Elite Paid Plan, if I want to publish them. Or my option is to Delete the two websites that I created with the New Interface, and then go back and re-create them under the Legacy Interface. The Shady business practice is that when you log on, they automatically take you into the New Interface, not realizing that this is a Paid Upgrade, and then you need to be aware that you are Required to Click the button, to go back to the Legacy Interface. Proper business practice is to take you into the Legacy Interface, one that you have already Paid to use, and then Make it a REQUIRED Click Action, to take you to a New Paid Interface!!! This is Very Shady Business Practice and it is close to being called Fraud!!!
I then wrote a negative 1-Star review on the company in App Sumo, and because of my Review, they suspended my account. Now I am unable to access the platform, not even to use the old legacy interface or access the 9 websites that I created under the Old Legacy Interface.

I’ve tried just about every AI website builder out there, and Lindo is the one that has impressed me the most. It’s incredibly easy to use, the sites come together fast, and the design quality is genuinely better than what I’ve seen from other platforms. It’s my go-to tool when I need to get something up quickly that still looks first-rate.

What stands out to me most is that it just works. The experience is simple and intuitive, but it still gives you plenty of flexibility if you want more control. Out of the box, the websites already look polished and professional, but if you want to go further, you can dig into custom CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind.

One of the most impressive things about Lindo’s evolution is its new agentic approach. It’s genuinely remarkable how well it works and how naturally AI is woven into the whole experience. It really does feel a step ahead of a lot of similar AI builders I’ve tried. The sites feel solid, usable, and like something you can actually build on long term. These aren't apps disguised as websites, they're the real deal. As someone who’s been designing websites for 20 years, I can say, these aren't throwaway AI mockups. You can actually build on them long term.

I also appreciate that everything is included in one place, including hosting, custom domains, and SSL, which makes the whole process a lot more streamlined.

I’ve been using Lindo for somewhere around three years now, and I’ve been consistently happy with it. They keep improving the platform and adding new features, which honestly just makes me more excited to see where it goes from here.

Above all else, the support has been tremendous. They’re extremely responsive to questions and feedback, and the team is rock solid. You can tell they really care about what they’re building. Lindo is one of the few tools I use that just makes me happy every time I open it. They’re definitely doing something right.

I've used Lindo.ai extensively since its initial release for a few years now, both for in-depth testing, feedback/support, and for real client work, and I can honestly say it's saved me an amount of time I probably can't even measure, across dev time, building, marketing, and maintaining.

What I like most is that it doesn't just spit out something generic, it actually gives you a solid, well-rounded starting point, with structure that feels considered, especially in UI/UX, which is a big plus, especially for any non-designers.
It's simple enough that pretty much anyone can vibe code and get something usable, but if you already sit somewhere between AI, design, coding, and business, it gives you even more room to push things further.

That balance is probably the best part of it, Lindo gives you the tools and accessibility to decide how much control you want, or need. You can stay involved, work in unison with it, refine things properly, and that's where it shines best.

The white-label/business side is easily one of the most valuable aspects for me, honestly, that whole branch of the service is a huge strength on its own.

Of course, like any AI tool, you can't fully automate everything and expect artisanal output, your output is only as good as your input, and people still need to guide themselves carefully, especially if they have skill gaps, I have the benefit of freedom and affordances there, but that's also why I rate Lindo highly, it can still give you confidence, control, and a genuinely strong baseline to build from.

The team have been extremely kind and supportive to feedback, community and genuine communication and have shown a strong passion and excitement in continued support and development of the platform.

A pleasure to use, and absolutely something I'd recommend large or small use cases.

What I love about Lindo:

The API is powerful and well-documented. I've integrated it with n8n to automate LP generation, client management, and magic link authentication for my members.
The whitelabel feature is excellent. My members see my brand, not Lindo's — exactly what a reseller needs.
The Agentic builder and 600+ templates give non-technical users a professional starting point.
Japanese language support was added after I requested it, which shows how responsive the team is.

About the support:
I've had several technical issues (mostly caused by my own API testing mistakes), and every single time, Baback, Olivia, Saeed, and Emma responded quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and resolved it — often within hours. They even increased my page limit and activated special API features for my use case without hesitation.
In a world where many SaaS companies hide behind chatbots and 3-day response times, Lindo's human, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring support stands out. They treat you like a partner, not a ticket number.
Highly recommended for agencies, resellers, and anyone building automated web solutions.

The tool is nice, not perfect. Bit I'm also not perfect. If you have technical issues you need to fill in a hubspot form. I never get feedback. If you have issues with a footer or header or other technical issues and it can't be fixed your website is useless.
Companies that are so arrogant to not respond, that's just not done. So think before you spend your money here. More reviews can be found on Appsumo...

We had an unfortunate experience with Lindo.ai regarding billing and customer support.

Our annual subscription renewed automatically by mistake. The service was never actually used, not even once. As soon as we noticed the renewal, we immediately cancelled the subscription and submitted an official support ticket through their website requesting a refund, clearly explaining the situation.

Despite this, we have not received any response for over a month — no acknowledgement, no update, no resolution. For a paid B2B SaaS service, this level of customer support is unacceptable.

Mistakes with auto-renewals can happen, but complete silence from customer support after a formal ticket submission — especially in a case where the service was not used at all — is a serious issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Lindo.ai.
