Incredibly disappointed with my poor half dead banana tree. It had one half of a leaf only that was battered and browning. Wish I could submit photos.

Original order was lost and Lincsplants dispatched a replacement ASAP which arrived within 48hours. They were very prompt with the replacement all plants in perfect condition .

They claim to have shipped a week ago but according to Royal Mail tracking doesn't appear to have actually been sent. Very delayed in any case, zero communication, no response to emails. I'm hoping this is unusual and they'll fix it, given other reviews, but it's a bad first impression.

ETA: they finally responded only after I comment on their Facebook page, to blame IT for telling me the order had shipped and (foreseeable) seasonal demand for not shipping it, they expect to get orders processed in 2-3 days, please wait till next week until they even look into it. It's already been 7 business days since I placed the order, and had no response to emails this week. Downgrading to a 1 star, even when issues are raised they don't act! *If* the plants arrive intact and healthy I might increase a little, but right now all I've seen is a false shipping notification, long delays and terrible communication.

Plants arrived in good condition. Only down side was Royal mail late delivery, correct date but 2.2 hrs late.

I placed an order for bare root plants and received my parcel promptly but no packing note and only 3 of 9 plants were in the package (the roots were of excellent quality) On pointing out that part of my order was missing I was asked to send photo of packaging and contents to which my response was that I had potted up the roots on receipt but hadn’t taken a photo initially because a photo would only confirm what I did receive and not what I didn’t! I wasn’t questioning the quality, just the missing items. Anyway I duly sent a photo of packaging and the potted up plants as requested which proved absolutely nothing. Customer service was very slow in responding after I sent photos and I got the distinct impression that they thought I was trying to con them. Eventually the remaining plants were dispatched on the Thursday and arrived on the following Wednesday (clearly sent second class this time) looking rather worse for their long delay. Sadly I have no complaints about the quality as hopefully the second batch will recover now potted up and well watered, I just don’t like the insinuation and poor customer service and shall certainly think twice before purchasing from them again. I’m an honest person and I don’t like to be treated like that.

I have ordered plants for my aquarium many times. This is the first time. I feel I have got value for money. The plants were a nice size. Complete with weight. Definitely accompany I would use again.
