Lim Placement is a reverse recruiting firm built for job seekers who are tired of doing the job search alone. Instead of you spending nights applying to roles and chasing recruiters, we run your entire search for you. Here is what that looks like. We start by understanding your target roles, salary, industries, and dealbreakers. Then our team submits tailored, high-quality applications to real openings that match your criteria, every single week. Alongside that, we optimize your resume for applicant tracking systems, rebuild your LinkedIn profile so recruiters find you, create a personal portfolio website, and run direct outreach to hiring managers and recruiters on your behalf. When interviews come in, we prepare you with company research and interview briefs, so you walk in ready. What makes us different is how we structure the risk. You pay a simple one-time setup fee to get started, and a success fee only if we actually help you land a job. If we do not deliver what we promised at setup, your setup fee comes back. Any job you find entirely on your own never carries a fee. There is no financial downside to trying us, only the time you would have spent searching anyway. If you are ready to stop applying and start interviewing, Lim Placement runs the search so you do not have to.

Lim Placement has been an incredible partner in helping me land my dream job. They connected me with over ten fantastic companies to interview with and provided top-notch interview preparation. I highly recommend them.
I worked with Lim Placement for a few months, and they brought me roughly 30 different interview opportunities.
The interview preparation was golden and they are overall very professional to work with and are really experts are driving quality interviews in the door.
Lim helped with my job search, from remaking my resume to even making me a portfolio website. They then started applying on my behalf to jobs that fit my profile, and if I found any jobs that were interesting, I just sent them to them, and they applied. This saved me a lot of time and headache.
I don't know what I would've done without them by my side. With this job market, you need to have someone by your side. Getting me 6 high-quality interviews and supporting me through them has been a game-changer.
The first thing Lim Placement did wasn't apply to anything. They audited why I wasn't converting and showed me the specific problems: My resume was getting filtered before a human saw it, and I was applying through channels where my profile had no chance.
Then they fixed those things and ran the search, tailored resumes, did cold email outreach, and applications were handled while I kept doing my consulting gigs.
They also did an exceptional job with rewriting and redesigning three new versions of my resume, they created a new LinkedIn profile for me, and provided in-depth interview briefs that were hugely helpful.
What I'd tell anyone considering it: ask them upfront what they think your conversion problem is. Joel's team identified the blockers for me.

Thank you, Jennifer. This one means a lot because you highlighted the part of the process we care most about: diagnosing why applications were not converting before sending a single one.
Glad the three resume rebuilds, the new LinkedIn profile, and the interview briefs all pulled their weight, and that everything ran quietly in the background while your consulting work kept moving. It was a pleasure working with you.
Lim Placement has helped me strengthen every part of my job search, from creating a professional portfolio website and improving my resume to identifying and applying for opportunities I likely would not have found on my own.
I have felt strongly supported throughout the entire process. They have worked with me to brainstorm and sharpen my resume, prepare for interviews, and provide honest, constructive feedback that helps me continue improving. They brought my interview talk track back to life, and I am now interviewing several times per month for positions that are much better aligned with my experience and career goals.
What stands out most is that Lim Placement is not just helping me pursue my next role. They are helping me build a personal brand that highlights my background, strengthens how I present myself, and positions me for long-term career growth.
After only a few weeks, I am seeing stronger, more relevant opportunities than I did on my own. Lim Placement is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping its clients succeed. They are the real deal.

Thank you, Jay. This means a lot. What stands out to me is that you did the hard work of showing up, staying open to feedback, and putting in the reps on your talk track. We just gave you the structure and support to make it click. Seeing you interview several times a month for roles that actually fit your experience is exactly why we do this.
