Crooks
The company asked up to do a job for them and never paid. Crickets any and every time we tried to resolve the issue. The job happened in 2018 and they do not allow reviews that old so just a reminder you owe me money.
Personal Safety Concerns!
In January, I booked a professional limousine/airport NOT a ride share. I had used limos.com before, and the service was a professional driver dressed in a professional driver’s outfit driving a black car with appropriate plates registration etc. The cars always matched the description on the quote. (This post is not about optics but it is about personal safety and professionalism).
***The ride arrived in pre-dawn hours and THERE WERE TWO MEN in the car!!
***The car didn’t match the quoted make/model description.
***There were no livery plates.
***The car was older and not the make and model quoted with this service.
***The ride was booked to the Pittsburgh International Airport from a residential suburb of Pittsburgh PA about a 1.5 hour ride—not cheap!
When the ride arrived, I called limos.com and nobody could confirm that this was my ride. I DID NOT get in the car. I had to scramble to get to the airport in the pre-dawn hours. I also emailed limos.com from on the plane outlining the scary situation. I NEVER got a reply. I also never got a call back from my phone message I left after hours at the pick up time. What I did get was a receipt for the full charges.
I disputed the charges on my credit card for the following reasons:
***Emailed quote says that “If we are unable to confirm your ride as quoted, a representative will contact you to discuss available options.” They did not
***Safety concerns
***No response from vendor when I contacted then directly twice
Is this acceptable industry standard for a airport ride service with premium price—two strange men in the car, a car swap, no livery plates? I am in touch with other drivers and they say this is unprofessional and not acceptable. There is no price for my safety. IF I had a do over I would not have gotten in the car even knowing I would lose several hundred dollars.

We have done jobs for limos.com and it is been 4 years they still tell us someone will call us. OWE US ABOUT $2000.00
I only gave it a 1 because zero isn't an option...
I booked a limo for my son's Prom several weeks prior to his event and thankfully purchased the "trip assurance," for an additional $100. My son received a call 3 days before his Prom stating that the driver was unable to drive and the company had reached out to other companies who were unable to assist them, but since I had bought the trip assurance, my entire amount would be refunded.
In my attempt to locate another limo for my son (which was an impossible feat), I spoke to many local places who stated that this place is a national company who takes as many bookings as possible and then tries to find local places to fill the bookings. Unfortunately, the local places had gotten calls from Limos the week before and all of them said that even if they had a limo, they wouldn't do business with them.
So, lesson learned, I usually do business with local companies and should have with this as well... as far as the trip assurance, this was on them, so no matter what, they would have been refunding my full amount. Buyer beware!

Bad Company-Stay Away
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Thsy have inferior service they will take your money and not send the vehicle you paid and their customer service is will not respond to complains. Stay away unless you want to get ripped-off.

This is the worst company and I will never use them again. It’s interesting because I left a review on their site but it disappeared....only good reviews are on their site...bad business!! I paid for meet and greet, didn’t happen, then got overcharged for extra time when I paid for 2 hours and it took less then 2 hours for the entire ride, demanded a refund but still owe me money. The driver was great....the company that contracted him, limos.com, horrible. I emailed them and all I got was crickets! Spend more on a company that could follow through and respond to emails.

I would have given no stars...I signed up with them a couple of months ago. I own a small livery company and did 2 trips for them. I've only been paid on one trip. For the past week I've tryed to contact them several times. Keep getting after hours service. I leave messages but no call backs. Doubt I'll get paid and will never drive for them again!

The drivers were great and friendly and the price seems fair till they hit you with added extra fees once the ride is over $40+ just in toll fees!!! And then charged $25 for 15 mins over time, when the car was originally booked for 2 hours and it took less then an hour to get there! I will never use them again!

This company is a big thief
This company is a big thief, I’m a driver I work at for them over six months, I’ve been serving their customer In the best way I can, as a professional driver. For six months I’ve been trying with them to get paid for my right, they never paid me for single right, and a total of the ride it was over $1000, I emailed them many times, no one respond to me, I call them many times, And always they come up with different excuses, like the person who take care of the payment in meeting or sick, for sure they do this with all their drivers.
So please as a customer think about the drivers that they offer your service and get you safe, they don’t get paid and they don’t get back to their homes and families with the money they deserve and earn. So please stop calling them and doing a business with them they’re not honest people.
