I phoned to check on their stock and ability to send 'next day' - very polite and efficient, item was sent the same day and delivered next day at no extra cost. Great value elbow lever tap - we bought one 4 years ago, no issues so have just bought a second, same with basins, etc. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve never heard of this company before searching it online, they seemed to have a lot of bespoke replacement items. Very reasonable prices and it was delivered earlier than expected so I’d recommend them.

We bought a replacement cartridge for a mixer tap. It arrived early but unfortunately was faulty. Obviously this was no fault of theirs. We rang them to explain and they were extremely helpful. They sent another cartridge by courier and it arrived the next day. This one works perfectly. Absolutely brilliant service.
