Great coffee and outstanding service
Great coffee and outstanding service - Tom is so responsive to emails and OzBargain posts and goes the extra mile. We've been buying the Brazil single origin for several years and still love it. I like to buy several batches when it's on special and use delayed delivery to get them fresh later. The biscuit is a cute little touch too.

Great taste, great value, great service
The coffee taste is great, I bought a new manual coffee machine and looked around for beans. I jumped onto the free trial “Moments to Memories’ beans from Lime Blue, as you do and have come back again and again. (Predicted by Kime Bkue in the offer) as I love the great flavour and freshness of the coffee. They are also often on sale which is great and makes them very well priced.

I understand coffee is such a personally subjective thing, so we know no matter how hard we try we won't be able to please everyone. That said, we still do our best to make as many people happy as possible. Sometimes a customer and small business are a good fit for one another and sometimes it's not a match. I can respect that you're entitled to your own personal opinion.
To clarify, we don't have the power to edit or remove reviews. Your prior review breached Trustpilot's code of conduct, as such Trustpilot removed your review and it is the only review that's every been removed from our page.

Awesome every time
Having recently been burned with other local coffee bean merchants, it's always a lovely experience going through lime blue. Setting the preferred future batch date gives that reassurance that you can know and trust your coffee freshness.

Disclaimer: I am not a coffee expert. I use an all in one coffee machine.
Previously I had only ever purchased whatever was cheapest on special from the duopolies. Decided to try LBC after seeing numerous positive reviews over a few months and they were running a special that put one of their blends into my price range. It is notably better than anything I've bought in the past and knowing for a fact that it is roasted to order is fantastic. Shipping and processing was very quick, very much enjoyed the delay dispatch shipping date feature as well. Will be back!
