Astonishing customer service.…beautiful flowers
I've heard about Lily's Bloom Boutique and their excellent reputation for quality floral arrangements. I saw the high ratings and reviews. But let me tell you. I was astonished by the quality and care that was taken to provide the most beautiful arrangement. It was the nicest bouquet of flowers I've ever seen. Each one meticulously placed. Not a single curled edge or dried petal. To top it off I inquired about a type of flower that was in the picture online but didn't make it into the bouquet. Lilys made a separate little bouquet of that flower type and delivered it without a single charge. That's the excellent customer service and commitment to their brand that makes Lilys stand out. Best florist I've ever had the pleasure doing business with.

Delivery arrived at end of Mother’s Day…
Delivery arrived at end of Mother’s Day around 9pm. I place my order 4 days prior. It was not a last minute order. I was not happy with the late delivery. Flowers looked beautiful but the whole point is to have the flowers delivered in a timely manner. Customer service was not accommodating to the customers request.

Mother’s Day is one of the busiest times of the year for us, and while we made every effort to deliver all orders on time, the high volume did cause some delays. Your order was delivered at 7:45 PM, and we sincerely regret that this was later than you expected.
