I will never buy any again.
Avoid at all costs. The dress I received was nothing like the one advertised — cheap, nasty fabric, wrong colour, different buttons, poor stitching. It looked like a completely different item. On top of that, the returns policy is outrageous. You’re expected to send the item back to Asia at your own expense, and only then will they inspect it and decide whether you’re entitled to a refund. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Lily and Rose to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

Again if I could do a minus I would.
Quick update I have been told by Lilyrose.
I have asked for a full refund……. I have to pay for posting the goods back to Asia, or I can accept 10% back plus send the goods. Alternate is 20% back and keep the goods 🤦‍♀️.

This operation is an absolute sham. Avoid at all costs. I bought a jumper from them last November based on a screen image; the delivered item was an appallingly cheap fleece of very low quality. I had to return it to China, at my cost, and then of course, they refused to accept it. The "jumper" has been returned to me today. They should not be allowed to operate.

Bought a dress a month in advance from my birthday trip to venice. The dress arrived in very low and cheap quality the day i arrived back from my trip. Extremely disappointed with this website do not trust it

I had the same experience as someone else. I bought 2 items thinking it was from London, but it was delivered from China. Goods were too large, and one was nothing like it was in the photo online. I wanted to return the goods and get my money back and was given a Chinese address which I had to ship to. After 6 months or more the goods were returned uncollected. Someone had paid for them to be returned, and now Lily & Rose London are not responding to my emails. I would never buy anything from them again. They should be investigated.

The garments are not what are advertised and quality is extremely poor. Arranged to return the items and luckily paid £10 to return to China. All the details to return are not genuine hence the items have only been returned back to me after 9 months. Please please DO NOT ORCER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS S PURE SCAM

Please do not buy from this company. If only I'd looked at the reviews before I did. The whole company is a complete scam. No goods were ever sent to me.
absolute ridiculous lies of emails sent back to me of failed deliveries and failed returns.
This fraudulent agency then sells your details on to the dark web. I have constant other scam emails now.

This company is a scam. I am writing on behalf of my father. He purchased 3 shirts in November 2024 - when they arrived they were very poor quality and not what he ordered. Although the company is listed as UK based, their returns policy is to China. The shirts were returned immediately at a cost of £25. The company has not refunded him and nearly 4 months later, say there's nothing more they can do as the package is stuck in customs.

Rubbish quality.
Rediculously undersized.3XL=Small.
No reply to emails.
Total scam.Similar to other reveiws.

The Kelvin-Luxury Polo were the lowest quality polyester currently produced .The sizing was small ,not the large ordered. No reasonable customer service.A total scam .Avoid purchasing.

This isn’t a 1 star review - it’s a minus 1!
After a 12 week wait for a refund for a £40 jacket - made out of horrendous quality fabric, that I paid £28 to post I am now at the point of no hope. ‘Lily-Rose London’ obviously suggests that the company is in England when in fact it’s from China. It’s a big scam and after paying out £40 for the jacket and £28 return postage - I find myself out of £68 . I think the government should do something about these scams !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - HORRENDOUS QUALITY, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY FOR THE RETURN. IM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS FOR SURE AND THE POLICE AS THEY ARE CLEARLY A DODGY BUSINESS. No stars given to this company DO NOT BUY from this company, quality is shocking tried to send back they keep saying not received parcel back as I sent it back to depot address.that was on parcel instead of china but they will not give a refund, this company should be shut down and I will be taking this further! Absolutely shocking this company is a Joke!

One star review too high. Cancelled order within 2 hours and emailed for a refund as was suspicious. Told order being processed. Retuned immediately - to Shanghai not London - 25.00. Kept emailing - not arrived- parcel received back 3 months later as 'refused' and 'unclaimed'. I was also told about potentially fictitious customs charges. In a nutshell - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do not buy from this company, Sent us wrong items, They're trying everything not to refund, even asking us to buy more to keep and get discounts on items we never ordered in the first place.Trading standards is our next step

I can only re-iterate every other review. Poor quality goods, not fit for purpose.
Returned at a huge cost 3 months ago. Package returned as they would not accept delivery. They are now trying to tell me I didn’t pay the Customs Fees?? What Customs Fees?? Just another excuse not to refund. I am still pursuing and am also reporting to Trading Standards

Nearly month after order item not arrived
Says it all ordered on 6 December still not arrived.
Customer services keep saying on way but ?!?!?!?

I ordered a present from here with plenty of time for delivery for Christmas as per their shipping policy.
I still have not received my parcel and it’s the 29th December so the present did not come in time for Christmas. I have emailed the company on two separate occasions and have heard nothing.

Stay away!! Wish I'd read the reviews. Exactly same experience. Cheap goods, nothing like the pictures. When you try to return they push back. I returned to China at my cost thinking I'd at least get something back, but tracked package sitting in customs. suspect address doesn't exist. Have been in touch with Trading Standards.

Con artists, stay well away. Goods come from abroad and can't be returned. Quality poor too.
