Order the intial gold necklace. A christening present for my Great niece. I was a bit apprehensive about bying something so expensive on line.

Attention to Detail…
I won a necklace through an instagram competition. It arrived really quickly and the team are really responsive via Instagram messages.
The necklace itself is stunning. Really good quality and I have had loads of compliments. It is great quality and definitely worth the money.
The packaging is beautiful and well thought out, they even add a scent to the tissue paper for the extra added touch. Their attention to detail is incredible.

Trustpilot does not permit duplicate reviews for the same experience, and duplicates are not included in a business’s overall rating.
We are aware of the messages you have sent to our business, including a threat to "turn up on our doorstep." Your stated aim to damage our business is deeply concerning and appears to be part of a pattern of behaviour. It is clear from your Trustpilot activity that multiple businesses have received similar reviews from you, many involving undelivered parcels, which undermines the integrity of genuine customer feedback. In the meantime, we are reposting our original response to your initial review, which outlines the facts of the case clearly:
Original Response:
Dear James Lidsey,
We understand this has been a challenging experience and have taken your concerns seriously from the outset. At no stage has anyone from Lily Blanche called you a liar. In fact, we’ve carried out a full investigation, involved Royal Mail, and responded promptly to your Clearpay dispute, which was found in our favour.
All external investigations have concluded that your parcel was delivered to the correct address. The proof of delivery includes:
A signature in the name O’Sullivan (the surname of the recipient at the address you provided)
GPS coordinates confirming delivery to the address
Photographic proof showing your parcel bundled among other packages, which you acknowledged were received by you
The order was placed on 4 December 2024 at 4:39 am, after 45 visits to our website over 14 days. It was dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivered on 5 December at 2:41 pm. The parcel was securely packaged in unbranded outer packaging and did not include your relative’s surname, meaning only someone at the property would have known to sign for it using the correct name.
Royal Mail’s investigation (Case ID: 241217-***674) confirmed successful delivery, and we have provided you with all supporting documentation.
Despite this, we have received repeated messages from you that include harassment and threats. You have claimed to have reported the matter to the police but have declined to provide any evidence or reference numbers, despite our willingness to co-operate fully.
We are committed to fair and respectful communication and are concerned by the way Trustpilot is being used in this case. We are alerting the platform to this misuse and will cooperate fully with their review process.
We urge readers and future retailers to review your Trustpilot history to form their own view of the situation.
Superb service.
I would have awarded Lily Blanche an extra star if i could have.I purchased a beautiful locket and the entire team were all absolutely brilliant(i would have included all their names,but see it is not preferable in the rules).
From getting the perfect photos,the best engraving style and chain they were all superb.
Everything was done on the day,while i was expecting to have to wait for the item to be delivered.
The whole team were exceptional,hopefully i did not bore them too much.

I bought the men’s St Christopher necklace for my son’s 18th. Delivery was swift, the pendant is stunning and aftercare service brilliant. A fantastic company to deal with. They sorted out a mistake that I had made so quickly and courteously. They were excellent. Great communication and excellent personalised customer service. Memorial locket
I ordered a small gold locket as a memorial piece of jewellery. The team at Lily Blanche were quick to reply to my questions via email and were very supportive. It is a beautiful locket and was received within 2 days of ordering. Every detail down to the packaging was beautiful 😍 would highly recommend.
The only slight niggle was when I opened the locket there is some sort of product code which is visible on the side my picture is. However everything else blew me away and it didn't bother me as much as I thought. Apart from that everything was perfect.

It was a privilege to make this special piece of jewellery for you. The laser engraving on the inside rim of the locket is the hallmark. Only precious metal jewellery can be hallmarked and there are strict laws surrounding hallmarking. We work with the Edinburgh Assay Office to test and hallmark all our lockets with a full UK hallmark. The hallmark gives our customers' peace of mind. It authenticates the locket and adds value to it in the long term. Because we sometimes engrave the back of the locket, the hallmark has to go on the inside rim. I really like the jewellery
I really like the jewellery, I have the gemstone hoop earings and a matching pendant. I wear the earings a lot more than I thought I would as they are just right - not too blingy for daytime yet still look good for an evening out. Nicely packaged for gifting. Sadly I lost one earing, but Lily Blanche were great, really helpful. After sending them a picture of my single earing, they were able to match the colour of the gemstone and I was able to purchase a single earing replacement. Thanks a lot
