I ordered a pair of jeans. the policy for return was only if there was a defect. The problem was that the jeans were 4 inches too short! The product did not indicate that is was for a child or that it was a capri style jean. I was even refused an exchange. I will not be ever ordering from this company again. Very unreliable! I would advise everyone else not to buy either as the product was not as stated.

Yes , it's a scam!! They don't have any website, and no connection . I have bought 2 pairs of shoes, and they sent only one and
the wrong size. Be aware of this scam website!

One star only because a rating is required. This company is a complete scam. They claim to be based in Vancouver, but there is no store. The product quality is terrible and the pricing is misleading—items are listed at inflated “regular” prices and then shown as heavily discounted. Returns or exchanges are not allowed, and the only way to contact them is by email. Avoid this company. 🚫

Lily and Kate, vancouver is a scam/fraud. BEWARE. I have written reviews where I could, because I definitely got sucked in. Today I can add that I have been refunded by the amount I paid for three dresses. Yay Visa!!! If you are able to submit a dispute to your credit card company do so: describe everything wrong with the product you received, and point out the faulty advertising re: refunds and sale items. (Everything is on sale, so no refund despite the headline advertising.) Hopefully credit card companies will remove privileges from this bogus and fraudulent so-called company if they get enough disputes from customers.

I ordered, in good faith, 2 pairs of shoes on Jan 26/26. Still haven’t received them and now not getting any response from the company. Difficulty with carrier, first they said they had the incorrect phone number and then it was in the correct address. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.

Please do not order. I have ordered several dresses. I was so excited and needed them for work. After spending several hundred dollars and waiting over 25 days, my dresses didn't fit. I was asking for an exchange, and they offered to let me reorder for $39.00. The reorder code didn't work. I have dresses that don't fit and will cost too much to hem. I cannot get a refund. I wish I had read the reviews. The large dresses were massive. Now I am stuck with the dresses that don't fit. DO NOT ORDER AT ALL. The sad thing is the dresses were nice.

Worst experience EVER!! DO NOT PURCHASE from these thieves! I purchased 2 shirts, they were NOTHING like the photo, the quality was dollar store stuff, and although they have everywhere 30 day money back guarantee, there was no option for a refund saying I got what I purchased and anything discounted is non refundable!! Well everything they have is discounted!

Well, now I have read a lot of the reviews which are totally terrible of this company. I in good faith ordered a beautiful as advertised classy coat, which would be wool and in white. It was over $200. You would not believe it. I got something back that was not the same as advertised in the picture at all. it is a white type of plastic raincoat thing and it’s got a hood on it. The one that I order does not have a hood. After many back-and-forth emails to a person named Katherine many times she only wanted to offer me 10% back on my purchase then she was offering me 20%. I.finally I said I’m going to another source to get this settled and she said you can get a full refund if you send it back to China. Well, if I had gotten the coat that I ordered and I wasn’t happy with it, it would be my responsibility to send it back, but what I received was not anything near what I ordered. It’s like somebody put something else in the bag and shipped it. I called Canadian Consumer rights and got the paperwork to file a complaint against the company, but being that they’re not from Canada at all, I don’t think it would go anywhere. I wish someone would be able to do something to stop this. Way too many people are getting scammed.I am out my hard earned money and also I am a low income senior, who was thinking I was going to buy a beautiful coat. I am very very disappointed.

Do not order from this place I ordered a winter coat for $80 that was supposed to be lined and wool. What I received was a Lcheap man-made material with no lining. The coat was supposed to have a wide collar and was supposed to be very warm and luxurious. No collar on the item I received, but it was a hoodie with one button. The fabric was horrible. They refused to give me a refund and kept saying it was what I ordered, even though I sent photos which were completely different.
No refund and the item I received is really not wearable $80 down the drain.

This is a scam site. They order cheap products and resell them at a higher price after falsely advertising the items as well designed. Ultra Cheap fabric and no refunds or returns on “specials” - all items are always on “special”. No physical site and photos and info on “boutique “ are made up. Beware!

Wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to.

I thought I did my due diligence when ordering. I checked the website to see if they had a return policy. They did. It says you can return item up to 30 days after receiving it. Well that’s a crock! When I emailed them to say I needed to return the three pairs of shoes because they were to small, one pair wasn’t even the size I ordered, I received an email saying

“ We regret to inform you that due to severe financial and operational challenges, our company has permanently ceased operations.

This decision was not made lightly. Unfortunately, as a result of the closure, we are no longer able to process refunds or replacements.”

What? No way. Then I went on line, and read all these reviews. Argh. China! That explains why the tracking on my parcel was international, when I live in Canada and thought I was ordering Canadian.

This business should be shut down immediately. Total scam. If the bio on them is true, based on my experience they couldn’t have possibly been around for 25 years. Item arrived in a small shipping bag from China. Sizing was all wrong and no option to return. Shameful. I hope they eventually get shut down

Terrible quality. Terrible fit. And they don’t issue refunds. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

One of the worst companies I have purchased from in years, if I didnt have to give them a star rating in order to let everyone know, I would give them a zero. I've seen better quality from Temu or Shein. Cheap material and very poorly made. They will also not refund any sales items. Do yourself a favour and save your money. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They also say they are in Vancouver but shipping tracker let me know my package was on the international flight, really Vancouver to Toronto is not international. It obviously came from China.

This company lists in multiple spots on their website that they offer full returns. I made a point of checking that they would give a refund if the size was incorrect. I used their sizing guide being very careful to measure correctly, yet the shoes are probably one size smaller than advertised. I am a true size 9. I could barely get my feel into the shoes.
I messaged them and they say no refunds for sale items!
I would never recommend this company!

The return policy for this company is that they won’t give a return if you bought the item on sale. But everything is on sale. So no returns at all. For any reason. The item was 3 sizes too small even tho I used the size chart. Item was not same material as in the picture online. Do not purchase from this company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Don’t do what I did, I usually always read reviews before I order from a company I don’t know. If I could give less than a 1 I would. They overinflate their prices only to slash them so you think you are getting a good deal. The items are cheap and the website doesn’t accurately depict this. Because they are on discount you cannot return the item.
I ordered shoes in US sizing and they sent a shoes in EU sizing - 6.5 is a EU 37 and they sent a 38 - which were way too big - the only positive thing I can say is that they were responsive but refused to take them back or exchange them as they said that is their manufacturer’s standards. If the size was listed in EU sizing I would have ordered a 37 as I have always worn the same size - 6.5 US. They wouldn’t stand behind their product and just told me I was wrong! Now I have a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and they are so cheap I cannot GIVE them away!

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star if I didn’t have to. Total misrepresentation not only on the clothing but selling themselves off as a Vancouver company which they are not! Extremely poor quality garments followed by stall tactics when trying to return for refund.

I ordered 2 Nova cotton classic tops. Could not get my head through neck opening. After receipt I was told that this problem is known. To get around small/tight opening, they suggested ordering two sizes larger!! I was refused a refund. Story is longer but that’s the bottom line. Never again will I order from this company.
