Absolutely made up with my purchase, the hand written letter was a lovely touch and the order was perfect. Will definitely be back and highly recommended

First time user. Fell for the on sale advert and ended up ordering 10 for a bargain price! they arrived within the time scale I was given when ordering. they look beautiful and I was very grateful for the free set so that I could practice. overall: fantastic service and beautiful product

Edit: Nov 3rd: I’m editing my review because I’m positive my order was never sent or just generally lost. Yes, I received a refund for my experience but I actually never received the product, which I’m fine with because I didn’t pay for it in the end, but I don’t trust that it was sent at all given the rest of my experience.

Original: This review is completely based on customer service and not the product at all because I still have not received the product.

I ordered the product on September 16th, and reached out on September 30th because my order had not even been shipped yet despite them advertising 10 to 14 day shipping without tracking.

Upon receiving my message, they let me know they were having delays and that my product would be sent out soon. I received a shipping notification on October 2.

On October 18 I finally reached back out requesting a refund, which they did give me, and was told that the carriers were also having delays.

Despite the fact that they send me an email almost every day, they didn’t once reach out to tell me that things might be taking a little longer without me reaching out to them first. I’m not sure that I would’ve gotten any communication or if I would’ve even had my products shipped if I hadn’t reached out directly to them. If I actually receive a product, maybe my opinion will change. It has been a very bad first impression though, and the only reason I haven’t given a one star review is because they did promptly refund me.

I love these products. Took me a few times to perfect the application but I love the results now.
Beautiful designs and incredibly cheap, so you can change as often as you please.
Great service too, with wee personal touches.

Got my nail foils which are really easy to use and look great, they came with a hand written thank you note and an origami fox, which was such a lovely parcel to open and made me smile. It's the small things in life that matter. Great company 😁 definitely recommend.

Decided to try nail wraps after getting fed up with the cost financially, and cost to the health of my nails with gel treatment. I honestly didn't have a high expectation, but the wraps looked fun. These are amazing, really easy to use, first time I tried, they lasted 3 weeks, I took them off (easily) just because I wanted a change. I've already ordered more. They look professional, they have beautiful shades and patterns. I also really liked the personal touch when I received my cost order, a little note, a little origami fox and a few set to practice on. I'm really impressed and pleased

First time using these nails and I am very impressed! Took me about 40/50 minutes to apply, but I'm sure I'll get quicker. The hand written note made me smile and the little fox ☺️. I will definitely recommend to my friends . Thankyou ❤️

They arrived fairly quickly and I love the colours but they stayed soft and sticky after putting them on and are now full of marks after sleeping with them the first night. The same as if you wouldn’t wait for nail polish to dry. But I had these on for hours before going to bed and woke up with marks on them. Not very happy at all.

Bought for a present, so haven't used them yet. Delivery was prompt, lovely little touch with a handwritten note, and an extra set to practice with.

I have worn Color Street for years and was a little disappointed with the Lilly & Fox. Sizes are too small for me to be able to do all my nails, so had to use 2 on some nails to cover from side to side. Also, not as flexible as Color Street so a few creases on sides. All in all, not bad for the price if you have small nails.

Liked: Love the colorful selection. I read the tutorial on how to prepare and put the nails on and follow the instructions exactly.

Disliked: When peeling the nail selection from the paper it does not separate properly. I found that trying to remove some of the nail appications I had to peel it from the end instead of where it's attached to the middle of the paper. Also, I found that they do not last more than 4-5 days as the ends get worn off.

I ordered off the Australian website and they arrived in less than 10 days. Had low expectations but I loved them and have since placed two other big orders. Currently wearing a glossy red glitter one and it looks like Shellac. I had contemplated buying a gel nails lamp etc but wouldn’t bother now, as these are so quick and easy and there are so many lovely designs to choose from

As other people have said the packaging and little touches are really cute making them lovely to receive but the real thing you want to know is, do they work?
Well I’m writing my review a week after applying my first set, the free ones L&F send you to test out.
And I’m really pleased! Watched a you tube video and read up how to apply for best results and how to get the most out of them. Followed carefully but to be honest it was easy. Once applied they looked fab! Just like nail varnish not cheap or like a sticker at all. Now for the longevity which was my concern. I’m a cleaner and work 2-3 hour’s every day so my nails get a tough ride. Nail varnish chips after a day or so and I had low hopes but pleasantly surprised! My goal was for them to last a week and I’m pleased to say they made it! They do shrink slightly at the tips within 24 hours but quick google tells me this is normal for nail wraps and I need to buy a better top coat but other than that they still look awesome a week and several home cleans later. Will be making another order asap

I ordered two sets of nail wraps on the strength of the reviews I've read and I was not disappointed! My sets came in the post with a practice set, handwritten note and the cutest origami fox. It felt like receiving a gift from a friend! I tried the practice set today and they were surprisingly easy to apply and look great. I will be ordering more.

Ordered knowing delivery could be a while but they arrived within a week. Lovely hand written note and a free set to practice with! Amazing customer service and the origami fox is super cute. Great range of designs to try too. I will be buying more!
