I have ordered with Lily and Fox regularly for the last year, however my last 3 orders were ordered more than a month ago and have not been posted. Correspondence is not giving any reason for the delay and they are just brushing me and others off.

They've lost my business. I'm about to lodge a dispute through Paypal.

Used to order from the Australian site which was brilliant, now its moved to US, orders i placed weeks ago have not been shipped, still waiting over 4 weeks for orders that have apparently been shipped, no explanation from Lily and Fox, terible customer service and emails ignored or false promises given, took my money and my order but am questioning if my items were ever in stock as all sold out now, ordered christmas wraps in October which I will be lucky to get by christmas 2030 at this rate,

This company used to be fantastic, shipped from West Australia. They included personalised notes and often a free sheet of nail wraps. But....BEWARE. they are now shipped from USA and after waiting 21 days for my orders I contacted them, Only to be told my orders hadn't been shipped at all! I believe this is now just a Chinese warehouse selling stock they dont have. BEWARE.

It has been 2 and a half weeks since I placed a Christmas order. They still have not shipped it. I sent an email querying and they offered a $3 voucher that expires in 6 weeks and still have not bothered to send my initial order. They are now not responding to my correspondence

Avoid!!!! I ordered allowing over a month for delivery as it said up to 26 days. After several weeks I had no confirmation of dispatch so contacted them. They advised they were having problems with getting orders packaged and sent but would look into it and confirm dispatch asap. Another week went by and no confirmation. Emailed them very politely asking to cancel the order as it was a specific trip (Christmas themed in December) and by the time we return they will no longer be of any use. The return email said no as they have just sent it a day or 2 ago (without the promised confirmation) and I have to wait another 26 days for delivery. Complete waste of money. Would never order from them again. Also see now that other reviews have similar stories - should have checked the reviews first!!

Horrendous.
Ordered 7 weeks ago and hasn't even been shipped yet.
When I queried this (weeks ago), I was told I'd get a free set of nails with my next order.
Just don't bother if you're in the UK.
Not even worth 1 star.

They don't stick on very well at all. Ive tried walmarts version and they all stay on for weeks. Ive tried two different sets from fox and lily and at least on comes off with in a day Both times. Not happy

First time user. These nails wraps are amazing. They are going to save me so much money by not going to the salon. I love how easy they are to put on and size to my nails. They look really nice when on. I have even received compliments from my work colleagues. Will keep buying. Yes they do take a while to be delivered, but they are worth it 🥰

On August 29th I purchased five of the french tip sold out "pre-sale." They took my money immediately. Their website states product delivered within 40 days of purchase. I will be receiving my shipment two months AFTER they took my money. This form of business is using my cash, to buy the product, to be sold to me later. I will no longer do business with a company using this practise.

Unfortunately not impressed with these, such a shame as gorgeous designs nd stay on well but when removing the excess once applied the colour from the wrap wears away on the tips, leaving a white line, which is really noticeable on dark colours.
Also lost two wraps thexday after applying when swimming, not sure if it was the chlorine but wouldn't expect them to lift after a day

I put these on at night and loved them but then showered in the morning and 3 fell off and then gave my kid a bath and they fell off again! Not worth the time or trouble!

I have a problem with new nails that I ordered staying on but my older ones there is never a problem why is that ?

I get them in a week and half! they are amazing, I never tried this kind of nails but I think they are fantastic! Now let's see how long they last

These stickers are fab, once you get the hang of using them, you will never go back…

The hand written thank you notes and the random free set from the seller is the perfect touch to let the customer know they’re valued!

I have made about 5-6 orders with these guys and I love them. I'll admit some designs do not suit me, but I like trying them all and seeing. The Glitter ones are my favourite. There are some that really are suited to longer nails, and unfortunately my nails break constantly if I grow them too long.

My very first order came with a personal handwritten note and an origami animal, I felt valued, the same with the 2nd order.

The nails last about 2 weeks in that you could get away with them for longer, but they are cheap enough to replace and the gap between the wrap and the cuticle has grown so it feels good to replace them.

They are so easy to put on and take off too. Highly recommend

After using Lily and Fox for years I will be stopping. It came to my attention that they were profiting from indigenous symbols/creations. When I asked them if they were consulting indigenous creators or just profiting off of our culture, they said they'd check into it. And then stopped responding all together. I only do business with companies that understand accountability.

Been using these well over 2 years now. They are unbelievable! If you apply then correctly they will easily last 2-3 weeks . Your nails will grow out before they come off. One layer of clear base coat nail varnish. Then stick them on. Give them good press. Then one top coat. Just peel them to take off. No soaking in awful solutions.

I will never use nail polish again. There is a learning curve to doing these but each time I apply them, it gets easier and they look better. They are NOT semi cured nail strips and are not advertised as such. I apply a quick-drying top coat which helps them last longer. Use gloves when doing dishes, cleaning, etc. and they will last for a few weeks. I LOVE LILY AND FOX. Try them.

I got my Lily and fox nails yesterday and while pretty and beautifully packed , they did not only not fit my nails but would not stick. Very disappointed
