Don't waste your money, basically scammers. Goods sent from abroad ( ? China) poor quality and don't respond to request for returns 🤬

This is a scam. Ordered beautiful looking dress online, eventually received what can only be described as rags. Shipped back to China, emails never responded to and now website shut down.
AVOID!

It's a scam. The dress was nothing like the picture and when I asked to return the dress they wouldn't reply (despite my emails and photo proof) until after the allowed return date. When they finally did reply they denied having received the emails (and I can prove that they were sent!) they then said it was too late to ask for a return and won't reply to my emails. COMPLETE SCAM

As every other reviewer has said thus far, this place is a disastrous scam. Ordered £160 worth of dresses, took over a month to arrive, none were off any decent quality. They said they needed to dresses back in order to do a refund, at my expense. A whopping £30+ for shipment to Chine despite it clearly stating London on the site.

One interesting tidbit I noticed was that they changed their logo during my debacle to Lily and Faye Toronto. All images are AI generated on the site, customer service is appalling and they know it, and they very sneakily added to their returns policy, all the way down at the bottom **Our returns must go back to our warehouse in China. Disgraceful “company”. Don’t give them your money.

Do not purchase from this company . The clothes come from china , they take weeks , you cant return , the items are rubbish nothing like the images . Dreadful quality , cheap and nasty material , sizing all wrong . Check vinted hundreds of their dresses for sale all unworn for £10 or less . Items arrive with no labels . Posh website but all a scam . I repeat do not purchase from this company

As others have said. Complete scam. I ordered a dress for a wedding and it didn’t arrive in time as they said it was damaged in transit. I said I wanted a refund and they said no as a new one had been dispatched. It eventually arrived 2 weeks after the wedding and it was nothing like the design and the wrong colour. I look like a Victorian washer woman in it. It’s not worth what I paid or anywhere near, they offered 50% refund or I had to pay for return to China and then they would refund on arrival. There is no way I’m falling for that. I am trying to do a charge back on my credit card due to mis selling. Careful as they are calling themselves other things and advertising on Facebook!

Unfortunately I was stupid enough to believe I was buying items from a London company but like everyone else here I have been scammed and am out of pocket by £80. I wish I had read other people’s comments here before I purchased but if I can stop anyone else being ripped off then not all is lost. Absolute crooks.

Poor quality items shipped from china, 30% partial refund offered or return to china warehouse at your own expense (£15+), despite London return address on label.

I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding. Surprise surprise didn’t arrive for well over 3 weeks and delivered after the date of the wedding I emailed several times came back with what seemed generated replies. To say I was not impressed and greatly disappointed once I had opened the parcel is greatly underhanded and diabolical at the standard and quality of the product. The material was and felt like a shower curtain it could have been created in no time in someone’s shed at the bottom of a garden Totally disgusting they should be closed down immediately for advertising and selling items that don’t match what they describe on their Mickey Mouse website. Trade and standards could have a field day with them it would be marvellous if they could take onboard and investigate this company as the are misleading and fleecing people of money in broad daylight I followed all their instructions to return the parcel and received a return address in china when on the original label that had a return address in this country?? When I took the parcel to the post office the cost to return was outrageous £28.00 !!!!! The item cost £50.00 so we can guess who is out of pocket and landed with total tat which wouldn’t have cost around £5.00. I can’t believe this is allowed to carry on I have read other comments along the same lines. Please always buy from reputable suppliers in the uk the likes of New Look Marks & Spencer’s the certainly know customer service and have excellent return policy’s don’t be a idiot like myself who unfortunately got stung. This company should be shut down immediately as it’s scandalous as people are being robbed in broad daylight just please please be aware and don’t even think of ordering anything for them!!!!!

Scam – avoid at all costs.

I ordered a dress believing it was from a London-based company, but it was actually shipped from China. Delivery took over 4 weeks and when it finally arrived, the quality was awful. The material felt like a child’s dress-up costume and looked nothing like the photos online.

I contacted the company immediately to request a return and refund. After making me send multiple photos, they then refused a full refund and only offered 30% back — unless I paid to return the item to China at my own expense, which would cost a fortune.

Very misleading company and extremely disappointing customer service. I feel completely scammed. Avoid buying from this website.

If I could put 0 I would. Terrible items, incredibly slow shipping and impossible customer service and returns. A real scam and I don't understand how they are still allowed to trade. Avoid at all costs , don't not let them take your money.

DO NOT BUY -I foolishly thought this was a British site .I ordered 4 items costing £111.00 all were very dreadful quality ( one dress totally wrong size ,seams ruffled and totally unwearable ) The rest of the items all very poor material and poor workmanship . I will not be wearing any of them .I realised my mistake when I tracked my order from china which took four week to arrive .I have had numerous emails with the Chinese company and they would only give full refund if I sent items back to .I have sent photos but that would not do .I was offered 50 % refund if I didn’t return .In the end after a lot of wrangling I got a 70 % refund. I didn’t return any goods .That meant I lost about£ 30

I ordered a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE the dress on the website. The colour wasn't right, the material was completely see-through, the quality was ATROCIOUS I would never order anything from this company again. They are complete SCAMMERS.

The dress took weeks to come, was cheap material with threads handing off it, the zip would not open. I asked for a refund but was told they would not give me a refund as the video I sent did not show the zip opening... thats because it didnt open and I was not going to force it.

Will never buy from this company again

Really disappointed in the whole experience. The website didn't make it clear how long the order would take to be delivered and it took 3 weeks to come. When it arrived the material felt cheap and the dress was too big and short from what it advertised. I'm not being given a full return unless I send it back to China and pay for postage. Will not be shopping from them again!

Do not buy from this company. It is not Lily & Faye "London", took 4 weeks to arrive & now discover all goods shipped from Asia, no returns address. Very poor quality, not as sales image. Can't believe I was so stupid to order this. Impossible to return.

This company pretend to be UK based. They are not it’s Cheap rubbish from China. Temu is better quality.
4weeks to arrive in a crushed bag with a broken zip. Not fit for even charity shop.
