Went to the nursery yesterday after a less than good experience elsewhere.

This is a real nursery all about the plants. Not a cafe with plants. I had a vague idea of what I might need for my small pond. Great advice. A selection of plants was set out in the nursery for me to choose from. They made sure my choices were compatible and how they would work together, sorted out planters etc. Came home with great looking plants.

Worth every minute of the journey and a great experience. Highly recommended.

Lots of lovely plants, i paid around £40 and got 11 plants as described, amazing value, paid £15 for one of the plants which was pretty similar in size at a bigger company, very happy lovely collection and arrived quickly, fish love them

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have a pond, but know little about planting one. The lady here was so kind and helpful. I can't recommend them enough. X

Ordered some water lilies from this complany last year - received some beautiful plants. Hence oredered some more waterlilies this year - some tiny little specimens have arrived - barely more than seedlings - will not be ordering from them again

I found Lilies Water Gardens from google search. Attracted by its large collection of Water lilies and their pricing is also reasonable (after comparing the a few other companies), especially they do have massive discount on some, so I decided to give it a try. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. I do required to pay for postage which is fair, those offer free postage just mean it is incorporated in the pricing anyway. I ordered on Thursday (4 varieties of water lilies and other stuffs), they were dispatched on Monday, arrived on Tuesday! Packaging was excellent, a big box which gave enough room for the plants, with all the water lilies in individual bags, nicely labelled and keep moist. All water lilies are very healthy, I am impressed! Better conditions than those from garden centres. And it comes with detailed instruction of how to plant them out. I am so looking forward to see them thrilling in my pond. Sorry for the long review. I believed that good shop deserves promoting.

Absolutely brilliant company, the plants arrived quickly and were healthy and some in flower. I think they are a first class company.

Ive ordered probably more than 10 times from LWG over 5 years and each time the product arrives in great packaging, wrapped carefully and with sufficient moisture to avoid drying out.

Ordered both plants and baskets. Following a small issue, this company reponded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating of my needs. Even better, my lily arrived with a flower already on it, so it looked great immediately! Highly recommended.

I ordered plants from here. Most were fine but the bare rooted ones did not actually have any roots. I had an email exchange with the owner, he was rude and patronising so won't be buying from here again.

I recently purchased a range of plants from 3 different suppliers. The other two deliveries tooks weeks and arrived poorly packaged and damaged. By contrast my box from Lilies Water Gardens arrived within 4 days of ordering, beautifully packaged and labelled and in very healthy condition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

Well ........ I received my order today and I was amazed at the quality of the plants, I was also amazed at how quickly I received my order. All the plants were packaged really well too. All in all an exceptional online shopping experience.

I've used a few of the larger mail order plant companies and the experience has not been good, in particular the quality of the plants have left a lot to be desired. I am very glad to say my experiences of Lilies have been excellent, prompt, good communications and excellent plant quality. Highly recommended.
