Buyer beware. All the claims of support are out the window once they have your money. It was a mess from start with saying with a credit score of over 800 financing would be at a low interest rate. Once a payment is agreed upon, they send the bank a different version of the sale to “consolidate” what you’re actually buying. We wanted to pay up front for the equipment and were talked out of it. What a mistake!!! Then we were told shipping of the equipment was included in our price and when we showed up for training Gordon tried squeezing 3K out of us to ship it even after sales rep said it was included in our total cost. Training was one day of wasted story telling before actually doing hands on. Was told marketing would get everything up and running within two weeks. Our training was in April and marketing campaign never launched until July. Was told it would be marketed via Meta and Google. Well, the Google campaign never happened. The first two plus weeks they didn’t even have our correct business phone number and took forever to fix. They were slow to respond to requests to fix the number and email addresses they had wrong as well. We were sent a link from Marcus to upload photos to out in the ad and photos were never added to the page. Again, no communication as to why or return calls or emails. We were supposed to be added as admins to our page to make changes and never got that information to log into our own page. I would not suggest dealing with them. We have spoken to others who were in class with us and other business owners who as well have had a horrible experience with them. My opinion, I believe they are working with the finance company on kick backs to get them financed at ridiculous rates and an early payoff gets you no break. Lesson learned not doing enough research on them. These people will calm you day and night while in the process but once you’ve signed, they are done with you. Dante, Marcus, Gordon, none have the decency to return calls to fix problems. If this business is truly what you want, seek another company before settling for these people.
