DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS…

DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will not get a refund if your product is damaged or you dont get it. This company is a total rip off and its not AMERICAN OWNED. The items sold are very cheap and delivery takes weeks. Do yourself a favor and pass up this company or you will be just like me, no product and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

I ordered a cute highland cow—it is lovely but...

I ordered a cute highland cow. It is lovely, but it arrived without a microwave pouch. I contacted customer service, and they said they would send another one, but I had to pay for the postage. They sent me a link, but it directed me to a page where I had to pay the full price. After numerous emails and no answer to my question, I accepted a small refund. Their customer service is terrible; I would not recommend ordering from them.

Very helpful and polite customer service

The customer service was very helpful and polite. I am very happy with the universal pruning saw I purchased. The saw is sharp, works well on both dry and wet wood, and made pruning much easier. Delivery was fast. Would highly recommend. Thanks to the team!

Amazing Product

I ordered this product through a Facebook page with some hesitation, but it arrived quickly. The brush is very petite, but I was so surprised—this product is amazing and works like a charm. I highly recommend it! I love it, and although I am blessed with long lashes, they look even more incredible with this. Very pleased overall.

My experience has been positive

My experience has been positive. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and on time. The product matches the description and is of good quality. The blade wasn’t as sharp as I would like, so I made a small adjustment to get it just right—but that’s common with most clippers and trimmers. Overall, I like the product and will use it for every cut I do for myself.

I had an existing issue and the team not only offered to send me a replacement wire, but are also sending an extra one since I've already had two break. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations.
