Seller delivers wrong products and don`t react.
We ordered a black coloured lamp and got it in white.
Seller does`t answer and don`t ewfount the money.
Don`t order anything exept you want to lose your money.

No response in days! Unable to check out with CC even though site says it accepts all. Only paypal is showing up. Looks shady! Not purchasing here.

Two weeks now with no response from their Customer Care. No phone number to call, only an email address or Web form.

No payment methods except PayPal actually show up in checkout - despite claims on site that they support various CCs. Any attempt to complete purchase with PayPal FAILS - error message show 'Gateway Failure - Restricted Account'... Not the buyers account (I checked), the merchants account apparently.

Appears either out of business or otherwise suspect.

I'm not sure what's going on with this retailer. I placed an order for an item 11 days ago and have not had any updates. The item was listed as in stock and that it would ship in 1-3 days. I have emailed and called multiple times but there have been no responses to any of my inquiries. I payed through paypal, luckily nothing has been charged, it's just listed as processing. So perhaps this retailer is no longer in business but just forgot to disable their website...

Ordered 5 fixtures 3 months ago, paid by credit card at the time of the order. Haven't received anything, and the status says "shipped to warehouse". What does that even mean? I've emailed many times to customer service and sales emails, without any reply. BEWARE! This site appears to be a SCAM to get your credit card number!

I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

The bathroom lights that we got were beautiful. The cups (cones?) for the lights are a bit different than the pictures. There are few paint dots inside of the cups but still very beautiful. The only complain I have is that the return policy does not have free return shipping. I did not have to return the lights but it would be a bit of an expense if someone wants to do the returns.

My interior decorator found two wall sconces for an area of my home from this company. They looked great, so I ordered them. When they arrived, I opened one of the two boxes to see how it would look but immediately found that they were a bit to flush mounted for my wall with 1/2" trim. I called to get a Return confirmation and was told I would get a 15% restocking fee plus pay to return them(not totally uncommon) but the restocking fee is history these days. Only one light was unboxed and put back like it never came out and still got burned on it. 3wks later and still no credit on my account. Never do business with them again.

Loved the product and prices were the best I found... The only thing I can say that I wish they made more clear was Whether or not we needed to purchase the remote for the fan separately. They list it as optional so I misunderstood... And purchased a remote too.

Right price, sturdy, easy installation looks great. Fast delivery was easy to order. I would recommend and will be back for future purchases

We were doing some up grades to the exterior of our house and we ordered 2 of these lights and after we installed them they looked so nice we ordered a 3rd one, we have 2 on either side of the garage and 1 by our front door.

Found exact style and features for complete replacement of 8 outdoor light fixtures. All items shipped timely. No damage. Good quality. Only time will tell how well the hold up in the elements. Some confusion on shipping order that had one light out of stock. Call to customer service quickly resolved and out of stock item shipped as promised when restocked.

Saw this pendant fixture advertised by a large retailer for significantly greater cost. I was extremely happy to find it at a price point that I felt I could stretch to afford. The glass shades arrived unscathed by the shipping - I am used to foam form-fitted to Tiffany glass, but the packing, while a little messier, served its purpose well. There were no installation instructions, but my sons were able to complete the installation with a little trial and error. The fixture has greatly improved the lighting in the work area of my kitchen in addition to becoming a focal point of beauty.

Mediocre quality on the two children's lamps. This includes the lamps and the lampshades.

I ordered replacement glass shades for my Dale Tiffany waterlily lamp. The shades fit my lamp perfectly, were the color advertised and arrived well packed. They were also competitively priced. I was very pleased.

Lighting City gave us the best price for the product we were looking for. The service was quick and efficient. Out of the 6 fixtures we purchased, there were several small pieces missing from an opened box. The company sent us the pieces needed quickly. Would order from them again.
