Great lights for garage workshop
A great set of lights for my garage workshop giving real daylight levels. of light. Each unit is rigid and robust unlike some of the others I had which were like pieces of floppy plastic!. They come on instantly, no flickering. Very pleased with them and the price. Also very fast delivery.

AVOIDE AT ALL COST!
AVOIDE AT ALL COST!
I ordered two floodlights with PIR sensor and after a long delivery, One of the lights had a different PIR sensor to what was advertised and the other one just sheered off after 5 minutes into the installation so I contacted the so called "Customer Service" and it took them a week to get back to me just to get back to me and did not even try to resolve the issue and the problems still remains unsolved after 3 weeks since I placed the order. As other reviews have mentioned, the customer service number number does not even work when you call from the UK and the call just drops!
Over all it's been a terrible experience and I will never ever use this company again

I purchased an outdoor lantern
I purchased an outdoor lantern, but the lid was missing. An e-mail enquiry was replied to promptly by Marie-Louise, and the whole issue (including supply of a replacement) was sorted within a few hours. I have been most impressed by your excellent customer service and would certainly purchase from you again. Thank you very much.

The Site was easy to use
The Site was easy to use, as was ordering. I also got a bulb and the guidelines on the site for type and brightness of bulb for the light I was ordering was useful. I was able to track delivery and the item arrived well packaged. The installation instructions are easy to follow and the adjustments for range, time on etc are straightforward with the adjustors accessed by swivelling the black top on the sensor. The light looks good and seems well made and gives out a good light.

Quick delivery and great price. One light unit wouldn't grip wire on both sides but fortunately I was able to use it as an end unit. Good light output and easy fit brackets supplied.
