Great product, terrible instructions!
Firstly, the light bar was exactly what I was looking for to illuminate my gym in a dark and dingy barn and the finish goes perfectly with my gym gear. The lamp units are small enough to be unobtrusive but I might upgrade the power of the bulbs from 3 to 5w as the winter gloom will need some added oomph!
Delivery was good and the buying experience excellent.
However, the instructions for assembly and installation of the fittings were, at best, inadequate and at worst unusable. I am an experienced vehicle mechanic and a qualified electrical and electronics engineer but these instructions were almost beyond my understanding. And that was apart from the fact that I needed a magnifying glass to be able to read the few words and see the many tiny drawings.
Overall, now that they are installed, I am very pleased.

Great track light system
Ordered the Ledvian track light system. It arrived in good time after the initial order. The light system is great for our needs lighting a kitchen with beams which has been a challenge previously. We were so impressed with the system we then ordered a couple of pendant lights to add to the system. Sadly one of those isn´t working. Having checked several times that the connection is correct (there is only 1 way they can be fitted into the track), trying other areas of the track and using a bulb that we know works, we contacted the customer service team. We provided photographic evidence and are currently stuck in a conversation of ´have you made sure the light was properly attached´. Hopefully it will be resolved soon and we will get an exchange that works as they really are a great lighting system at a good price and up until this point we have been very pleased.

Just the product that I was looking for, at a reasonable price. Shipping costs were also reasonable. The only reason that I'm not giving full 5 stars, is that the item wasn't received as soon as is hoped. It might not have been the fault of the company, but this would definitely have made the whole experience 5 stars. The item was very well packaged. Overall, a positive experience. Would recommend.

Replacing fluorescent lighting
Replacing fluorescent lighting was required and Light Expert came up with the ideal replacement. They work great - I can see in the garage and in the shed. They were delivered in good order - well packed and arrived earlier than expected!

Very disappointing delivery experience
I placed my order on 6 September and expected delivery within a few days. I had assumed the company was UK-based because it uses a .co.uk website address, so I certainly did not expect delivery to take this long.
The order was not dispatched until 8 September, and today is 16 September and I still have not received anything. The DPD tracking has shown the parcel as “in transit” since 11 September, with no meaningful update since then.
I would not have placed the order if I had known delivery would take this long. More than 10 days after ordering, I am still waiting with no clear delivery date.
Very disappointing service.
