Decent site you found what I needed but big surprised to be charged £21 for postage and couldn’t find anyway of changing at checkout stage. Just seems £21 bit excessive for postage !

AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT GOOD.
If I could, it would be a minus 1 star. I tried to purchase a tool to remove bricks from our newly laid drive from them and I was told it was out of stock and would not be in for several months even though they would have taken my money and held onto it for several months. They then advised me on another one which I purchased trusting that it was the right tool. It arrived just in time for the builder to use but it was not usable or suitable. So when I raised this they decided to send me the instructions, but it was too late as the builder had to smash out the brick as the tool was not usable or suitable. When I asked could we return it we were told that we had to pay for the return as well as £15 plus VAT for the restock. RESTOCK REALLY???? What I don't understand is why should we pay for the restock when it was them that told us that it was this product that we needed to find that it was not usable or suitable. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING A CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS RATHER THEN JUST PALMING YOU OFF WITH SOMETHING NOT SUITABLE.

Alternative Recommendation: Hazel suggested the Probst SZ Paving Brick Removal Tool (SKU: 51800030) as an alternative. This recommendation was based on its similar functionality and our standard practice to offer it as a suitable substitute. Hazel provided the product code so you could review its specifications to ensure it met your needs before purchasing.
Product Suitability: We regret that the tool did not work as intended for your project. Our team, including Hazel and myself, made every effort to assist by sending instructions and an instructional video to ensure the product was used correctly. The tool is designed for a variety of brick sizes, and there was no prior indication that it would be unsuitable for your intended use. We were unaware that the tool was required to remove a single brick, which may have affected its effectiveness for your specific task.
Return and Restocking Fee: We understand your concern about the restocking fee. Our return policy is transparent, and the fee covers the costs associated with restocking the item, as confirmed with our supplier. We aim to maintain fair and clear policies for all customers.
We strive to recommend the best possible solutions, but we regret if this led to any confusion or inconvenience on your end. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will ensure that our communication and recommendations are clearer in the future.
