No Warranty Cover
Purchased 2 Hydraulic lifter from Lifting 365 at a cost of €1400.Had issue with one of them inside warranty period.When we inform them of issue they claimed that we were not using the equipment enough so warranty was invalid.See quote below from their customer service.
Have also been told that any hydraulic cylinders need to be used and inspected more regularly to prevent any damage from occurring.

We honour all genuine warranty claims and always do everything we can to support our customers.
In this case, however, after reviewing your photos and warranty submission, it was clear that the hydraulic unit had sustained several external impacts and visible markings, showing that it had been damaged through misuse rather than a manufacturing defect. Your correspondence also contained contradictory explanations — at one point describing it as an oil issue, and later as a mechanical issue — which further indicated that this was not a genuine warranty matter.
You also mentioned that the unit had been used only a few times over the course of a year. If this had been a manufacturing fault, it would have become apparent almost immediately. Under ISO 4413, hydraulic systems must be used, inspected, and maintained regularly, as long periods of inactivity can cause internal seals to dry out and fail.
At Lifting365, we pride ourselves on being fair, transparent, and customer-focused, and we handle every claim on its individual merits. However, in this instance, the evidence clearly showed that the issue resulted from improper use and lack of maintenance, and unfortunately, the claim submitted was not genuine. We’re always here to help and offer advice, but we must also be honest and consistent in upholding fair warranty standards for all customers.
