Returns

Remember to look at their return policy....it's cumbersome and the customer has to pay the return shipping costs. Original shipping to the customer is not included either.

LIFTaviationusa has Inovative products that help keep aviators safeaviators

Liftaviationusa has some very innovative products. My wife and I have flown old ex-military warbirds for many years in airshows and were concerned about neck injuries pulling G's. LIFT has addressed this with their super light-weight, yet very safe, helmet. They offer many options, and listened to our needs, helping us select options we originally would not have, if they had not taken the time to explain the pros and cons of the options. My regret is we did not replace our old military helmets sooner.

I was sent an email about a shoe sale

I was sent an email about a shoe sale, I immediately ordered a pair of 11.5 gold high top shoes at your sale price. 15 minutes later, I received a notification from my bank where the funds had been returned to my account. I received no notification of why the money was returned text email etc. after another 30 minutes, I called Lyft aviation and a young lady told me that the shoe should not have been on the website they were out of this particular brand or size. That’s why the money was refunded. As businesses we have to keep in mind that communication is key!

Took longer than the standard 3…

Took longer than the standard 3 business days to ship out that it says on your website. Never got a shipping confirmation just got a notification from ups. I still don’t have the product and you have already sent the how did we do survey. Might want to figure that out.

Lift aviation is not responding to my…

Lift aviation is not responding to my emails. I placed an order paying for 2 day shipping. It took them 6 days just to ship with expected delivery in 11 days, absolutely not acceptable.
I have sent several emails requesting a refund, with no reply.
I had previously recommended lift aviation to my flight department and now I regret this decision and I will never purchase from them again.
