Hugely expensive of course
Hugely expensive of course, all pet insurance is, haven’t made a claim and it goes up each year so cannot rate them on their service for claims. BUT charged me £25 to change my policy information from non-neutered to neutered. I was simply updating the information to ensure it was up to date and I think this is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback Sue. Although premiums can change because of a customer’s or pet’s details being updated (such as a change of address or a pet’s neutered status), we have never charged a £25 fee to customers to make changes like this.
We’d like to understand more about your experience and investigate further, so please contact us on 020 3750 0022 (lines are open 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday).
