Very rude customer service in Bristol, call them for letting but the way the letting agent talked, looked like I want to occupy his property. Very disgusting and third class customer service. I will never take any property through them even for free.

James had his finger on the button for valuing the house and then negoitiating the deal. Once the price had been settled, Cilla handled everything superbly. Any questions, queries or follow ups that needed attention were done with no fuss and in good time by this diamond of a woman. I have no hesitation in fully recommending this company.
