I am really enjoying the classes. The instructors are very professional and experienced. The classes themselves are high intensity, challenging and work the whole body. Very different but very enjoyable.

Very helpful staff and management

Classes are very good. Membership very good price. Running track out side very good. Staff are friendly. Caffe clean and good quality but a bit dear. Equipment inside good but some especially weight machines a bit dated the no name power plate type of machine a bit worne but still good yet old. Overall a reasonable gym. Serves the community well.

I frozed my membership and they still charged me that money and when i call them they said this money will carry when you come back but i send a email for froze my membership before i get charged

Had my first instructor lead sessions at Lifestyle Fitness Avon Valley - Salisbury (Durrington) this week and I'm really pleased with the service offered. 11/10.

Found both Memphis and Jamie to be professional, supportive and encouraging. Both have in-depth knowledge of maintaining good fitness.

Memphis has been incredibly helpful, putting together a workout plan before demonstrating and supervising each exercise during my first session. To begin with we discussed my goals and previous gym fitness history, Memphis used this info' to tailor a workout plan towards helping me achieve my goals. I also found his feedback encouraging, where other PTs have dismissed any previous self-made workout plans I had as "not optimal", Memphis credited the plus points of my previous plan before recommending improvements that can be made.

Next, we went through the first stage of the plan with Memphis demonstrating each exercise and talking me through a detailed breakdown of the sets and how to get the form right for each exercise. Both Memphis and Jamie offered advice on when to train and what nutritional supplements to take. All staff I've met so far have been great.

Looking forward to using this gym regularly.

I’ve had 4 PT sessions with owen and he gives me a plan to work off independently so in theory 3 sessions a week. I’ve gone down a dress size have tons of energy and feel amazing. The distance check ins and weekly weigh ins really help me stay focused and motivated. Thank you Owen I appreciate you!

Good gym but the showers need work done came early morning and went to have a shower after workout and they are just disgusting. They stink and look dirty, feels like you'd have to go home and shower again after being in there. Everything else is clean, bar the showers.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, who are happy to help. The gym and changing facilities are very clean. There is a good range of gym equipment and classes, offering great value for the monthly membership.
