LOI/Bob came very highly recommended from my previous clinic, I have to say I found the process itself very overwhelming; thankfully Bob put my mind at ease straight away with his kind nature and superior knowledge of the overall process including additional information on his initial contact email. I immediately felt less pressure and that this wasn't 'just another job' which is super important when going through fertility treatment- everything can feel very sensitive. The service was seamless upto the final shipment date, which I really appreciated. Bob would keep me updated alongside his constant communication with both my new & old clinic- including the paperwork (!!) which again I really appreciated. Bob got back to me straight away after my initial enquiry. He liaised between both clinics to arrange pick up and drop off and I felt totally comfortable he was going to manage the transport well, which he did. Price was reasonable which included all insurance for comfort. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
