If you are considering getting a loft conversion, then look no further. We had quotes from 4 highly rated companies and we immediately knew we wanted Ryan/Life Lofts to complete the project for us upon meeting him (even before the quote!).
We were pleased when we received the quote as this was very fair, unlike some competitors. Ryan took the time to understand what we wanted, came back quickly with a proposal and we went from there. The team worked within budget and catered for any changes we wanted to make along the way. My husband and I typically work from home, so initially I was expecting a fair bit of disruption and dust. However, I was so impressed at how tidy and clean everything was with little to no disruption. The team are so polite and were an absolute pleasure, nothing was too much to ask. We were very impressed with Mark in particular who worked on our project - he is very skilled. He also invited us to have a look at progress along the way and provide input.
We now have a fantastic office/chilled space with an en-suite and additional room for a built in wardrobe.

Ryan and his team have done a superb job on our loft. The build progressed quickly and finished in reasonable time. The finish is of high quality, the amount of space created is fantastic and they accomodated extra work throughout the rest of the house.The price was competitive and far cheaper than moving house for the extra space. By adding 2 bedrooms and a bathroom it has transformed our home ready for the future. The whole team are highly skilled and thoroughly nice blokes. Ryan and his team at LifeLofts delivered a fantastic dormer loft conversion for us, comprising a bedroom, ensuite, landing and wardrobe areas. Additionally, we had a complex chimney removal and bespoke staircase.

The works were undertaken to a high standard, and the project and communications were exceptional. Across several instances, Ryan used his clear experience and expertise to advise on key decisions, resulting in a great outcome.

Lifeloft just finished a loft conversion project on our 2 bedrooms bungalow. With the arrival of a new baby, we needed the extra space and made the decision to convert the loft. From first meeting, Ryan gave me the confidence I needed to select Lifeloft. He was very knowledgeable and provided the guidance we needed, as it was the first time we were doing such a project. From start to finish, Ryan provided good communication throughout the process and tried his best to make it as smooth as possible. The project was also delivered on schedule. Only a week late because we were missing some tiles for the bathroom, so not related to Lifeloft. We now have 2 additional bedrooms and a second bathroom upstairs. Overall very happy with our choice and would highly recommend using Lifeloft. Quality work!!!

After sending out some online requests for a loft conversion project that we wanted done, Ryan from Life Lofts was quickest to respond. We already favoured Life Lofts after talking to a previous neighbour who also used them for their loft, and they were very happy with their result. Had a full length dormer done, with two bedrooms. Only company that said it could be done with our loft height! Got two great rooms with the head height better than expected. Friendly, hard working team who dealt with any unforeseen issues that arose during the build.

Life Lofts completed a loft conversion (hip to gable with rear dormer) to my house last year. I had a number of companies quote for this job and whilst they all seemed good, Ryan stood out due to his knowledge of the building process and was able to answer all my questions. I also found the guys who did the bulk of the structural work to be polite and professional. The work has generally been done to a high standard and I'm pleased with the results.
Overall, Ryan and his team are honest, competent and hard working guys and I have no regrets in choosing Life Lofts for this project.

Great work by Ryan and Ricky to get the build complete in a timely fashion. Surprised with how quickly it all came together. Ryan is so well organised everything was done to a high standard and can't fault the process. Ryan was a phone call or message away and always responded quickly. The plasterers, electrician and carpenter that did the work too were all very polite and courteous, very easy to speak with. Every step of the way we were updated with what's going on and what the next stage is. Really happy we went with Life Lofts.

Ryan and team have done an amazing job with our dormer loft conversion. All the teams from the builders, electrician, plumber, plasterers etc were professional and did a great job. This has changed our house so much and we can't believe how much space the loft has added to our house. I can't recommend Ryan and his Life Lofts team enough. They have recently completed a loft conversion for us and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. From the very outset Ryan was professional, approachable and he accommodated our wishes all the way through, and always remaining positive even when we made some changes . Hassle free (he deals with all architects, surveyors, planning etc), so you literally tell him what you'd like and he tells you what can be done. All of the trades people he uses are equally friendly and reliable. Good quality workman who even clean up at the end of every day. I will be recommending Life Lofts to everyone I know.
