Beautiful Board
Great to work with! The board turned out beautiful. This is my second board purchased from Lieuwe and each experience has been top notch. The communication is excellent and from the start of production to it being in my hands in the US took only 5 days. Super impressive!

Beste Edwin van Beek, u komt niet voor in onze klantenadministratie en kunnen de genoemde situatie daarom niet direct herleiden naar een specifieke order of klant.
Op basis van de beschrijving kunnen we aangeven dat het hier gaat om schade ontstaan op een slider-systeem en dat het board minimaal enkele jaren oud moet zijn. Genoemde schade valt niet direct onder garantie zeker bij producten die langdurig en intensief zijn gebruikt. Echter voor elke situatie beoordelen wij alles op basis van fotos of wanneer wij het product fysiek hebben gezien.
Ik wil u dan ook vriendelijk verzoeken contact op te nemen met aanvullende gegevens (zoals aankoopbewijs of serienummer), dan kijken we uiteraard graag mee om de situatie verder toe te lichten.

Board repair
I needed a fast repair as I was leaving. I was updating about the status every day.
My board was repaired very well, and I don’t even see damaged placed.
The way how I was served made me very happy and the next board will be also bought from Lieuwe.

You are a dishonest brand…Shame on u
Lieuwe team delivered the board in very tight schedule and made sure it was delivered on time as requested. The board quality is seamless with the coolest designs ever making it very special for my 40th birthday!!!
Well i updated my feedback, here’s what happened next, i was supposed to get my tax refund which was around 210 euros, they only transferred 85 and they haven’t arrived yet in my account untill that moment and when i asked why? They claimed that these are extra administrative costs that they deducted without even getting back to me. Shame on you, you have robbed me and you are a dishonest brand. I will never buy any of your products again. Great job on losing customers
