Had an issue with a licence but they sorted it and was quick to reply to emails and really gave a brilliant service and will certainly use this company again due mainly to customer service great people and thanks ! 😉

Horrible company....i purchased a software on their sitr which they guatanteed instant download...wqa looking for affinity designer for graphics design...then found out they bascially just named their software the same name as a reputable brand to scam people into thinking its them....so after not realizing and paying their fee..i gave them a chance and waited to see if it as actually worrhwhile...then i never got a download link after days of contacting them only to reasewrch their site a little better and the software was no longer listed on their site. After they never provided a link to download telling me to wait for their admin to handle my issue..i asked whats so complicated about prividing my download link and they kept reposting to wait for admin felt very petty not answering any of my questions, so at their mercy i tried it their way and waited and waited and days later i asked for a refund and they blocked my account. So i thwn contacted paypal and informed them that the company scammed me and got my refund but paypal informed me that the company says they delivered the product to me, which i then informed paypal was not true at all. Do not do buainess with these people. Horrible. Did all this for 30 dollars..lol.well i got my money back.

J’ai passé une commande mais je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma clé CD. Le support client est géré par un bot et cela fait déjà 30 minutes que j’attends sans aucune réponse. On me demande simplement d’attendre qu’un conseiller me contacte.

Le site affirme pourtant que la procédure se déroule en trois étapes : ajouter le produit au panier, effectuer le paiement, puis recevoir le produit instantanément. Or, dans mon cas, cela est totalement faux.

ps : 6h plus tard toujours rien reçu

Use el servicio de atención a clientes con el bot y al día siguiente tenía todo, instrucciones muy precisas y claras. Menos de 10 minutos y todo estuvo listo. Compré un antivirus mucho más barato que en la web de la empresa (bitdefender) Todo es orden. No encontraba el código de activación, les envié un correo y me lo enviaron de vuelta sobre la marcha.

I would (and very likely will need to) purchase again from this firm with complete confidence. Their post sale/order support was absolutely fantastic! And very attentive and responsive. My problems (outdated hardware and OS) are often unusually 'complicated.' But these folks were INVALUABLE in helping me get my purchased software installed. They were positively terrific!

Ich bin durch Internetrecherche auf Licendi aufmerksam geworden. Der Preis für die Software ist super. Leider kam es dann zu Problemen, da die Email mit dem Lizenzcode in meinem Spamordner landete. Email an Licendi geschickt und innerhalb von Minuten Hilfe erhalten. So soll da sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und schnell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
