Very very very poor experience with these people, they are rude and their site is full of compulsory agreements plus rejecting some religions and certain groups of people. I purchased a one year license from them, after 15 days it failed to work, every time you login to server it rejects the license, when you reinstall it fails, for one week saying we are on maintenance yet the server is inaccessible at all. Later they infested my server with virus, i really hate licensepro! Dont make a mistake of buying their license, you will regret forever

From now ON, I'll write whenever license stops working for service that i paid 1 year in front.

Their service is extremely poor. The license starts showing errors at any time. If you raise a ticket, there's no response, and if you message them on WhatsApp, they just read it and ignore it. Instead of buying a cheap license from them, it's better to get it from a reputable provider who can offer proper support and service on time. Otherwise, you'll waste your money, and it will also ruin the experience for those you're providing services to. So, it's better to buy a license from a reliable source.

What is up with this terms of service,? i rather use my current one: grpanel.com, ateast they dont have

Absolutely horrible company. Purchased the trial license and they promised to help install cpanel. Been trying to reach their support for 3 days on their website, telegram and whatsapp and absolutely no reply to help. I think all the positive reviews are bought or friend and family leaving these reviews. Be careful and don't deal with these guys!!
The next day I tried to call again and I finally got a call back, however it was not the department I needed. They also provided me with a phone number for Canadian support, but when I called they said they are not in Canada yet. The American agent did even know that. The webpage has been saying coming soon for a long time but there is no update as to when they will come to Canada. I just don't know what to think because I haven't had the chance to use their service but there support leave much to be desired.

It was an Amazing Experience. I am writing this review after a year of usage of their services. I never faced any issues. Sometimes after reboot I needed to reactive the licenses. Overall, 100% worth it. And also their pricing is very affordable, hope it stays same.
