It’s amazing I can get books that are usually not in our Slovenian book stores, and they are much cheaper here too so big love for this! But the packaging tho… when I got my package I let out the biggest gasp… it was all ruined and smashed together… it was also raining outside, so I was praying that the books were not wet, because they were literally sticking out of the package… so hopefully the packaging can get better bc this was NOT IT.

It is reliable, books are priced good. Fhe only thing is that I waited I think 2 weeks for delivery but either way would recomend it

The books arrived damaged. All of the books were protected just with a single bubble-wrap sheet on the outside. As a result the inside part of the pages crumpled.
I wanted to return them and get
replacement ones. I wrote them an e-mail as soon as I got the package thinking they would "reply in 24h" as the website says. I am 2.5 days in and no reply whatsoever.
I sent the package with the return form filled but later realised I should've sent the complaint form instead. Filled the form and sent it via email and another one to ask why they are not replying but no response.
They have great prices and book availability but the way they package the books and the customer support is horrible.
If the books arrived in good condition this would've been a 4-5 star. This way I will think about ordering the next time.

Nekaj časa je bilo potrebno počakati, ampak knjige so tu! Dober in cenovno ugoden trgovec. Priporočam!

The books were well protected inside the shipping box. They were also in mint condition (no little creases or tears that I usually get when ordering from some of the well-known international stores ^^;) and the shipping was very affordable. Took some time to get here, but it was well within the expected delivery window.

Vse je bilo tako kot mora biti. Priporočam!

Quick delivery and it's great, although i would recommend having some more protection for books without just a cardboard packaging, like bubblewrap in example to not get paper books damaged in the travel or rain. Will order again as the prices are very delightful.

I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt, wait a little longer, but ive been waiting since the 6th of october (today is the 26th of november) for my books. as ive read the reviews before; most of the negative ones spoke of their order being late, so ill wait, i figured. i waited 6 weeks, which is the longest somebody waited, according to the reviews on this very website. Its been 7 weeks now. nothing in the post, nothing on my email, nothing. cant even track the package, since it says that my country hasnt even recieved it yet. i thought i found my new book provider, discovering libristo, i even made an account for heavens sake. this is incredibly disappointing. im only thankful to myself for clicking the pay after delivery option, because if you woulve taken my money and then made me wait longer for some books than some wives waited for their husbands during war, id be at your headquarters with a really sharp stick causing havoc.

Amazing! My books arrived in 2 weeks in pristine condition! Couldn’t be better

I bought a 80€ book. It came damadged, all the pages were bent and the cover was destroyed. I was promised a 12€ refound. After checking the recieved ammount they didnt even bother to give me 12 they promised but only 10.

Najbolj me je bilo strah, da dobim poškodovane knjige, ampak so bile dobro spakirane, hitro odgovarjajo na sporočila, se mi zdi da bom kar celo berserk kolekcijo narocil iz te spletne strani😁

The selection of books is good, even in different languages, but delivery took almost 3 weeks, while the website said it will get delivered in 3-5 working days, making the gift arrive too late.

The book selection is really good. I have received everything in perfect condition.

They are open about what books they have in stock and what would need to be fetched from distributor before delivery. Books from delivery can be unavailable. Their support is great with solving the issues you have quickly. Most of the orders I made didn't have any but at the end, I was satisfied with 100% of orders we placed (actually my #booktok daughter)

The overall experience was alright, they have a large selection of books that come at a great price. The only problem is the packaging and I would strongly encourage them to fix the issue. The packaging is not very sturdy, for paperback books especially risky. It’s not even a box but more like a cardboard wrap of some sort that doesn’t even protect the books from all sides, if it was raining during their transit I don’t even want to imagine what would become of the books. The books in my case, however came in fine state, two of them had crumpled covers, but nothing critical. I don’t know if the lower price is worth the risk of receiving damaged books.
