Unprofessional and waste of time they…

Unprofessional and waste of time they dont value their customer's and dont respond back to emails,finally thought i found an amazing website where i can buy beautiful bangles but just wasted my time waiting for more than a month for my delivery ans still nothing

Due to an unexpected shortage of raw materials at the backend, which has been impacting supply across India, some orders unfortunately got delayed. That said, this is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I made an order on march 15,2026

I made an order on march 15,2026. Got the confirmation email but even after a month later there’s no shipping update or any communication. I have emailed and sent messages on WhatsApp but no response at all.

The shipping took too long..

The shipping took too long… need shorter shipping times and they need to make jewellery faster so they are not delaying both shipping and production.customer service also needs to be easier to contact in case any questions or issues.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. Your shipment was dispatched on 5th June and delivered on 17th June, which falls within our standard delivery window of 10–12 days after dispatch.

That said, we completely understand your concern and truly appreciate your feedback. We are already working closely with our logistics partners to speed up both production and delivery timelines, especially for shipments to Canada, so that future orders reach you much faster.

So Happy

I was so happy to find their amazing selection of plus bangles. It is hard to find these anywhere in my area and I needed them for my upcoming wedding. I was a bit nervous to order, as I live in the US. Shipping was fast and the package arrived earlier than expected, and in good condition. The bangles themselves are beautiful and I am so satisfied with them! Thank you!
