We've worked with Leyton for 5 years now, and they have been exceptional. Fast and efficient, they humanise the technical and simplify the mind-bending. I do not hesitate to recommend them and have done several times. A special mention needs to go to Oumayma and Shaloni - they're fabulous.

The whole process from start to end was clearly explained at the beginning of the process, timescales were maintained and we were fully supported throughout, with the final report produced being of the highest standard.

After working with Leyton for 8 years, we were suddenly "too small of a client" for them, despite continued growth.

This also happened to be the year we had to complain about the consultant we were working with not producing the same quality work we had become accustomed to over the years. Leyton did address this, and we were pleased with the outcome.

The quality of service was great until the most recent two tax years. Although one individual's work may not be representative of the company as a whole, it may be indicative of cost-efficiency issues internally — hence the pivot to larger clients with higher margins?

I had recommended Leyton to clients of ours in the past, but not sure I'd do the same now. A real shame!

Leyton are a straightforward professional organisation. They do what they say with no hidden costs and they managed to overcome my normal mistrust of R &D and energy consultants.

Leyton have always been very helpful although lately their communication has become a bit weaker perhaps due to too frequent staff changes.

Really great company to deal with and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, can fault Layton at all and will definitely be using them for the ongoing future!

Not sure exactly what they have done but they have totally messed up our claim. The tax credit never came through but they kept chasing me for the fees even though it was agreed to pay out of the claim.
