They said there is no way to track it just wait for like 6 mos.

It would help a good deal, if the information that is needed were known in advance. Ideally long in advance so we're not asking payroll for info they haven't collected, after the fact.
Furlough payments also caused a deal of miscommunication and re-dos. Hopefully that wont happen again in the foreseeable future.
