I am planning to purchase another doll because the one I received is so nice! It's just as described on the website and is so cute. Nice touch to have a name added to it. The doll I chose was not able to have the embroidery name on it as the material was too thick; however, the free personalization looks nice too. Very happy with my purchase. Also, customer service contacted me to tell me I wasn't able to get embroidery and were very nice to work with. Don't hesitate to purchase. Shipping time was great as well.

What a great opportunity to help others. I ordered 2 dolls for my gr. gr. gr. niece and had them sent to me first. The quality and softness is exceptional and I loved that you can learn from them as well; button, zippers, snaps. Great doll, looks exactly like it does online. Prompt delivery.
Only issue is the product / packaging smells very strongly of cigarette smoke! Very glad I purchased this early and have enough time to air it out before giving it to my daughter for her birthday.
This could be due to the packaging or delivery driver and no fault of the business, who knows..
but I would purchase one again for a gift, they truly are beautiful dolls for little ones.

I am so, so sorry about that awful smoke smell on the package, though! That is super disappointing to open up. Just to reassure you, our warehouse is strictly 100% smoke-free, so it almost certainly came from the courier during shipping. We’re definitely passing this along to our delivery partner to look into!

These are beautiful customised dolls and my kids love them. They recently made football versions as well. Love the quality as well. Delivery will take time due to customisation and handling etc. we were moving abroad so they changed our address on last minute as we requested. Really appreciated. Highly recommended

My experience with this company has been awesome even when I thought an item was not delivered and turned out it had been. They were very understanding and patient. The items looked exactly as advertised and my granddaughter hugged them immediately. The fact that this company contributes a percentage of their sales to make the smiles better of children with Cleft issues was a plus for me and why I chose them for my granddaughter’s first doll.
