If I could give zero I would.
Bought a complete bed set the headboard struts broke the day we put them on the bed luckily we had the old ones , the ottoman wonât lift unless you take the mattress off , and to top it all itâs only four months old the mattress has started to sag

The store employees are well versed they have many items to pick from with experienced people helping you delivery was on the button as promised, items unwrapped installed and the trash taken away from the packaging
Levin furniture is the worst place to buy furniture. there hi end furniture is garbage, constantly braking. you can't get them to fix it or stand behind their furniture. The only thing they are about is making the sale. Once it's out the door, you better hope it doesn't brake because your not going to get it fixed.
The furniture is not good quality and thatâs why itâs not as expensive. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERAGE!! They find ways to deny it. Instead of standing behind their product, they look for a way out. Weâve bought several things there over the years and weâve never had an issue. The first time we do! They deny the claim of a back cushion. $6000 couch and a button pops on the cushion but we didnât tell them within 7 days. PatheticâŠ.
Bought a sectional and the warranty which was said to cover against stains, punctures, rips and more. 3 year later the cushion is coming apart and our warranty claim was denied by Levins. Their furniture is junk and they do not stand behind their products or their warranties. I will never shop this garbage company ever again. Buyer beware.
The WORST! I voiced my unhappiness with the living room sectional three weeks after purchase ($4600). Was told they couldn't do anything about it, it had to be within a two-week period (convenient)! They did change the stuffing in the throw pillows to no avail. Six months now and looks like 20 years. I would NEVER buy from that company again! If I could rate them less than one, it would be off the charts negative.
If I could I would give them less than 1 in customer care. They donât honor you.
