Flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful
Flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful from the photo my friend sent me. There was a little mix up with addresses but this was quickly resolved via email

Damaged and broken flowers no response
The flowers arrived damaged in a squashed and broken box Saturday 9th march. Delivery driver said they received the package like that. I tried to contact yourselves to explain this and that the flowers were suppose to be a mother's day gift that I could no longer give. I haven't even received an acknowledgement response of my complaint that was 6 days ago. Very disappointed won't be recommending.

Complete disappointment!
Order confirmed, no further communication. No delivery, no flowers, complete waste of money and massively disappointing.

Poor choice of flowers and shocking delivery
Opted for the florist choice flowers. Only two types of flowers were in the bouquet which was disappointing.
The 'delivered' photo was VERY misleading. The picture showed the flower box CLOSE to the letterbox, but they were left on the front door step!!! No knock or doorbell ring, I was just lucky that they didn't get taken!
Important to note that the box would never have fitted in the letterbox...

Scam
