Tried 8x over 6 months to actually eat, spend real money At Marylebone. TABLES ALWAYS full of laptops! With glasses of water or an empty single coffee cup. This company must be completely mad. Should rename it My Free Workspace.

The waitress couldn't even crack a welcoming smile!

The service was very slow, our coffees gone cold and we're still waiting for our pastries. Customers that came in after us received their hot drinks alongside their pastries.

There's no toilets, the establishment is not fully functional.

Unhappy place to be in (Covent Garden). Please avoid this place if you can.

Nous nous sommes rendus en famille pour un déjeuner.
Un vrai désastre après avoir reçu notre commande. Alors que je commençais à boire ma soupe, devinez sur quoi je tombe. Je sentais quelque chose de bizarre dans ma bouche.
Un ongle 🤮🤮🤮 un ongle. Rien qu’imaginez mon dégoût. Je montre cet ongle à mes enfants et à mon mari. Je voulais que l’on me confirme bien que c’était un ongle.
Une horreur 😫🤮🤮
J’appelle le pseudo manager de ce restaurant et lui montre cette chose dégueulasse, et lui dit voilà ce que j’ai trouvé dans ma soupe.
Le manager est parti sans excuses ni rien du tout.
On m’envoie la serveuse qui me dit on ne va pas vous facturer votre plat, sans plus.
Je trouvais cela scandaleux et inadmissible dans une ville de la gastronomie comme Paris.

Simplemente un horror no lo recomiendo largas esperas el personal malo té hacen esperar fuera pensando que un camarero va salir y no es así ….

I used to love Le Pain Quotidien but what has happened to it? I went to Notting Hill branch fir breakfast with a friend instead of French style scrambled eggs I got flabby, rubbery and cold scrambled in the frying pan eggs and toast that was not toast but warm bread. When I asked for the bread to be toasted, it came back more or less the same, Staff were sullen, the manageress unhelpful. Not going there again.

Slechter en duurder zal moeilijk worden.
Elektronisch bestellen zou het vlotter en efficiënter moeten maken maar het bedrijf had beter wat geld in een echte over gepompt

Went for a drink at LPQ Covent Garden. Queued to be seated and then we were left alone. In that time we saw 3 other lot of customers get up and leave. The table next to us asked how we got our drink !!
We had to keep trying to get the attention of the supervisor to get served.
My smoothie was very sweet and watered down. The Pims carafe we ordered was pretty non descript and tasted of mint and cucumber only. Couldn't taste the alcohol at all. The strawberry in it looked on its way out. Not good !
There are much better places in Covent Garden to have drinks and chill so defo give this a miss next time. No repeat business from us.

Very poor service at LPQ Canary Wharf. Food brought from kitchen ans left on a counter rather than handed to me, then kept waiting several minutes before anither member if staff remembered their job and handed cold, inedible food over. Shall definitely use anywhere else from now on.

Absolutely horrendous service! I Ordered the scrambled eggs when they arrived they was freezing cold!!! I was told they would make them fresh again, after 15 minutes of waiting the eggs turned up piping hot with the same salt and pepper that originally put on. (You could picked up the whole piece of the scrambled egg like it was cardboard) So again I complained I asked if they was microwave and she confirmed that they was. Third time lucky I patiently wait 15 minutes again. Scrambled eggs was average asked for the bill and still had to pay full price!

They insist sending poorly cooked, inedible food; this time from the Southbank branch. This has happened more than once and I've now had enough. YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

Le Pain Quotidien av Serrano en Madrid.
Las veces que fui al mediodia estaba a tope,lleno de gente haciendo cola para que los ubiquen en alguna mesa.
A pesar de la gran polucion que hay en Madrid,
opte por sentarme afuera,despues de 15 minutos de espera que no venia ningun camarero,entre,me dijeron que no atendian fuera ,que hiciera el pedido adentro lo pagara y despues me lo traian y asi fue.
Note desorganizacion y falta de personal.
La comida bien presentada y rica,pero los precios excesivos.

Service from someone that doesn’t want to be here. Staff cutting up fruit and eating it while serving from behind the counter. Very slow service and not the same experience as it used to be. No care or customer service. Won’t be back. But then I guess you don’t care either.

I buy one coffee from them a day. Every time the same cappucino. And every time they charge me for a large cappucino, unless I specify small. It adds £1 on, and sure creates a really bad taste in my mouth. ugh

We visit the North Audley Street Shop.
Rose (a waitress) was very attentive warm and accommodating. We liked the relaxed atmosphere and the good quality food. Most of all we liked the fact that the service from this waitress was impeccable. Well Worth the Money

Favourite. I discovered it in Belgium and was so happy to find it back home. Lovin' the praline spread.
