19€42 de taxe pour la france
On m’a contacté pour devenir ambassadrice de la marque. Lors de la réception du colis, j’apprends que la taxe est de 19€42, on ne m’a jamais informé du prix qui correspond presque à l’achat d’un bijoux, ce qui je trouve est très malhonnête.. Ou est l’information disant qu’il y a une taxe sur l’achat de bijoux. J’aimerais donc renvoyer les bijoux et ainsi annulé la taxe que je dois payer. Comment faire ?

My feedback is negative as I never got my order, it's almost 3 months and the customer service always replies to my emails by telling me that they apologize and ask me to wait longer even though I asked to get a refund.
