Oh my...how easy!
Oh my, this was by far the easiest experience I've had getting money on the internet, ever! Great customer service team, always right there to help you out with anything you need from start to finish. My sign up ran into one little snag (nobody's fault) but this literally was a matter of providing a few documents, logging into my 401k company's website and filling out some info and my payments are literally on their way to me. I just sit back and wait to collect my cash! Thanks LendTable for being so amazing! You guys rock!

Worst customer service
I got 1 payout till now and I have experienced the worst customer service. They seem to be understaffed and only 1 person(Mayan) in them knows everything but the rest is unavailable. I had asked if the profit calculated for my ESPP was wrong and to correct it by giving a full calculation breakdown. All they respond is we will get back to you but it has been a week even though I bug them every day pinging them in chats. When asked for a call they are so reluctant in having a call with a customer to answer this query I have no idea why. This is either poor service or a shady one.
UPDATE: Even though Micheal was able to resolve the issue after a month of pestering, they never learned from their mistakes. For every payout, I have had issues because of them paying too much or not paying at all. Also, they do not remove the profit calculated when they send a wrong payment. I have to keep contacting customer service to remove it. It has happened almost every payday. If you guys decide to join make sure the balance is correct because they never correct it until you bring it to notice.
