Can’t get a mortgage because of Lendology loan
Update: it appears that getting a loan with Lendology makes it impossible to remortgage your property because of the title restriction they place on your property. My mortgage broker can’t find a mortgage because the Lendology restriction even though there is a massive amount of equity in the house. My only option to get a mortgage is to pay off the Lendology loan. I honestly wish I hadn’t bothered with Lendology. It would have been less hassle just getting a personal loan out or remortgage first.

Professional, informative and friendly, REALLY good!
For those who unfortunately become disabled/unable to continue work lendology are really helpful.
Standard applications for a loan from banks (who I have accounts/mortgage for 18 years +) proved unsuccessful. The rates are far higher and customer service does not accommodate those whose circumstances have changed for the worse despite being able to repay a loan at a manageable rate.
Lendology provide a human, friendly and informative service. Recommended. Really good. They communicate at every level ensuring the process is made clear.
Lendology have changed my life in the sense I am now able afford a new and much needed roof on the house/home I intend to live in for the rest of my life. Thanks!!

Excellent service
Every member of staff that I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding , gentle and clear.
They were focussing on the priority of getting the hole in the roof fixed in a timely way so that our tenants are not inconvenienced or worried.

The loans and process and paperwork and variety of payment methods were explained to me well. The only negative was that there were some delays from both Lendology and East Devon Council which made the whole process unnecessarily lengthy. This has caused a delay in getting some work done as lead-in times have been extended.

Obtaining a loan for building works rks
The company was bright and helpful and respectful. I was slow to adjust to the technology but they fitted their practice to my limitations. There were delays also because of the involvement of two other parties.
