Great job, Linda!

After calling multiple times to no avail, I became frustrated until Linda answered my call. I expressed my frustration and she was very professional and explained how busy and short staffed they were. Thank you Linda for being awesome!!!

Asking fees to be waive

After making a payment for over 1k to cover the outstanding balance on a line of credit I have with Lendly, I received an email stating that a withdrawal will be process in the amount of $81 as per fees charge (billing Cycle Charge) I called them and asked to be waive they said it is impossible, I never been late on payments on every single loans before neither and now with their line of credit, they won't even consider the fact that you are a good and outstanding customer, they just want to get more money as much possible as they can out of you.
