An asset to anyone looking for property based finance
Lendlord offer a fantastic online platform which allows you to analyse and apply for various finance options easily (this is what first attracted me to them) that said what was more impressive is the ability to actually speak to a team who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a relatively new property developer I really felt these guys were supporting my business needs.

Simmy is Fantastic!
Have just completed on a mortgage and have been very impressed with the advice and knowledge from Simmy (Simranpreet Kaur). She has been fantastic from start to finish and we would not hesitate to use her expertise again. Here's to many more properties to come! Top service from Simmy!
I was looking for a mortgage, (which I was unable to get) but the service, communication and effort made by Simmy was absolutely excellent. Will return to Lendlord in the future. I really love the site too and while I'm only using it in a limited way, I'm very happy it's there for me.

Easy to deal with and helpful
I have had dealings with them and found them really easy to deal with and helpful. Their online app helps me track my portfolio which is great.

I’ve used lendlord I think 5 times now…
I’ve used lendlord I think 5 times now and predominantly dealt with Simmy. She’s been excellent and has added a lot of value to my business over the past couple of years.

Lendlord is my go to place for everything mortgage related
Lendlord is my go to place for mortgages and re-mortgages alike. They have made the process so smooth, efficient, and painless. I have never come across another company that makes everything feel so easy. I used to cringe when it came to the time of the year where mortgages had to be reviewed but now I dont' have to worry and know I am getting the best deal out in the market. The team is great and especially Simmy, who keeps me updated on everything and is very professional and knowledgeable. I think it makes a huge difference when the team at Lendlord clearly enjoy working there. Thank you to you all.

Landlord have a highly knowledgeable…
Landlord have a highly knowledgeable brokerage team who were consistently on the front foot through my BTL remortgage and new BTL mortgage application. They held 3rd parties in the process accountable ensuring fastest possible transition, allowing me to divest myself of that time consuming role of 'chaser'. I highly recommend Simmy and the team.

Bait and Switch
Not a bad online tool for managing portfolio but the whole thing is just a lead generator for their mortgage brokerage. They use bait and switch to draw you in knowing fine well the deals are not available. Complained to them direct on a few occasions, went nowhere.
